As little or as much as you'd like. I got this idea from JessicaWoman and thought it'd be interesting to find out more about other SC members.

I'm a solitary urban hiker who loves hills/mountains, public outdoor stairways, and being outdoors. I live in San Francisco but if I could would live in Sausalito, CA. (it's across the Golden Gate Bridge from SF). Love animals, plants, and other things of nature. I'm an "old hippie" type who has been ultra-nonconformist all my life, and these days very much into eating healthy and taking nutritional supplements. (Haven't done psychedelics in many years.) I'm an activist re certain environmental issues and call myself a treehugger. I love reading (mostly thrillers), growing whatever herbal edibles I can (no, not weed), and taking photos. I'm on Facebook and occasionally do hiking/stairway/local parks blogs on Fav music these days is traditional bluegrass/old-time music/Appalachian clogdancing-type music (but definitely NOT mainstream country). Also like various world folkmusic like various trad. Mexican, Native Hawaiian chant-songs, fado and rancho folclorico from Portugal, and still like some early folk blues guys like Son House, Charley Patton, Robert Johnson, etc. Don't care for rock music except I still love the Grateful Dead. I'm retired. Love tiny houses, rustic furniture, garage sales, bright colors and ethnic designs of various kinds. Fav clothes are those that are comfortable, cotton, easy to move around in, cargo pants, T-shirts and hoodies, backpacks, Z-CoiL hiking boots (I'm swaybacked and these work well for me). I do not have nor want a TV, radio, car, or phone. Fav game is Scrabble. Do not care for team sports. Hate small talk, hi heels on women, suits/ties, religious proselytizing or other invasion of my personal space. Detest and do not trust politicians, doctors, corporations, etc. Fav animals are cats, dogs and coyotes and other wildlife. I don't like cars, do not drive, and ride public transportation of various kinds. Single, gay/asexual, not interested in a relationship.

I live in Pahoa, Hawaii about 40 miles from Hilo. Sometimes it feels like the end of the earth because about 4 miles down the Red Road, the road just ends at the small village of Kalapana. From the end of the road, all you can see is black lava rock and the smattering of houses that have been built on reclaimed land. Of course those houses are without many of the amenities that one is used to such as running water and electricity, but's their land. About 4 miles into the lava rock and you might come up on an active lava flow.

Today, I was surprised with a lovely gift from my husband, a beautiful locket with a cross. It's sterling silver, with a fine chain. I'm surprised because we haven't exchanged gifts for many years. I thanked him for the beautiful gift, I was very pleased. I usually don't buy the adults gifts, just the grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

For years I've been describing how LA,CA , california in general, was different from your living experience, thinking you were in Texas all that time, in some area not far from pioneer roots, but currently becoming primarily a minority neighborhood near the border. I thought you considered California some foreign liberal hippie planet. You were hanging out with John Birch Society types or something similar at immigration protests. The things you were involved in, and your views in general, didn't sound californian at all (maybe some inland or orange county). You were alluding to having lived in seggregated communities, which we hadn't had in cali for more than half a century. I guess I just automatically assumed that Texas was the only place someone like you might come from.

Unexpected gifts are pleasant. I clearly won't be able to finish my christmas projects in time this year.

I live in the heart of silicon valley....very liberal.

My town has become international, when the government set up several thousand third world nation people here. Only two or three decades ago, my city was a clean city of primarily white people. We were invaded you might say.

I do protest when an enemy within the nation want to destroy this white Judeo/Christian nation. California has already been destroyed.

I wish you and yours, and all Survey Central peoples, a very Merry Christmas!

So you were there back when they had orchards and flower farms. I don't recall any intentional social engineering there. You have hispanics who were always there doing the farming until that went bust, and I suppose some asian influx from SF. Like most of California, all the city names in that area are hispanic: palo alto, santa cruz, salinas, milpitas, los gatos, el camino real in general. California was only English since the gold rush, some brief 160 years, without hispanics ever having left, after 250 years of spanish control. Of course it was native before then: aptos, salinas, and such. There was never a time when california farming was not hispanic. SF was almost an international city since it's founding. Most port cities are international, and have been since history began. England might make a case against immigration, but few other places in the world could justify having been something particular to begin with. Even england is spanish, irish, french, romans, and mostly scandinavians prior to their involvment with africa and asia. If you are a port and send colonies out, people come back from those places.

Your town didn't 'become' international, it was a brief white enclave in an international state to begin with. the English 'race' doesn't exist. 2000 years ago it would have had more algerian. Now it's characterized by the roman/scandinavian mix, and 200 years from now English will be people with a high roman/scandinavian/india-pakistan mix, while americans will be more of a native/hispanic/asian mix. It's like a global water-color painting. There are no seperate colors, and probably never were. Africa and asia are as diverse and intermixed as Europe. The most you can hope for is an average color in regions. Like the El Camino Real running up through california, we had the silk road connecting china to morocco for millenia. The hebrews had pakistani genes and religious influence before christ was even born. Our anglican angels and gargoyles had african and arabic winged animal deities as their mythological predecessors, working their way to become the creatures of ezekiel and such.

Of course we've discussed all this for years. Religions too are like global watercolors. English and spanish colonies, found in So. America, Africa, and China are often more christian/catholic than the europeans who originally spread those religions. Race and religion are two seperate things. The caucasians became international traders; For the very same reason they were able to spread their religion, they encountered too many influences to hold onto it themselves. It's only in 3rd world regions lacking mobility and communication where judeo/christian beliefs truly thrive, and only when that forcefully supplanted some prior religion like shintoism that was thriving there beforehand. New age thought is becoming predominant because it's what results when you mix all this christianity, buddhism, and hinduism, and attempt to find the common denominator which is still based on god and spirit.

Yes, Merry Christmas.
(reply to LJD) posted 26-Dec-2013 5:46pm
Now that I know where you live, I can explain your particular gang situation. You've always had minorities in your area, though perhaps not in your neighborhood. There was no sudden influx there. The silicon valley used to be a working class community with a high emphasis on farming. At the two or three decade ago juncture you speak of, you suddenly had a huge class divide, of all the college educated whites suddenly becoming more wealthy with all the high tech employment springing up there, while meanwhile generations of hispanics and other non-college working class people who had had a humble quiet existence for a century or two, suddenly found themselves without all the farm based employment their lives had always been based on. It wasn't the population which suddenly changed there, it was their circumstances.

You were not part of that high-tech affluency, so you suddenly got lumped in with the lower class there which was suddenly worse off than ever before. The fortunate moved to fancier new neighborhoods, while the less fortunate moved into your neighborhood which had by then become the relatively lower class neighborhood. It was a game of musical chairs, and your relative position was changed by your not changing at all and becoming more affluent.

To put it another way, your region wasn't suddenly deluged with poor immigrants, but rather you joined the poor who had always been there by not becoming the wealthy as your other white peers had done. The wealthy move to nice new neighborhoods, and old nice neighborhoods become poor neighborhoods, in the US anyhow.

What you imagine to be a case of something having happened, is really more the predicament of nothing having happened for you, while it did for your prior neighbors.
You are not unique in this. It happens to everyone everywhere in the US who does not relatively improve their position in life, and has nothing to do with immigration.
The competitive capitalist system we live in not only encourages people to compete to get ahead, it also forces people to compete even if they merely wish to merely maintain their prior social status.

I like to double check what I'm saying, make sure i'm not inventing stuff based on limited experience. Apparently Santa Clara smoothly declined in immigrant population from 1860 to 1970, and then radically increased such that by 2010 it had the same percentage of immigrants as it had had in 1860. So you are right, there was a lot of immigration there in that period you spoke of, but I still believe you were more aware of this because of what I described above. The thing is, who is to say what year should be used as a reference, 1000 AD, 1860, 1970, or 2010. Compared to 1860 nothing has really even changed there.

It's pretty absurd to arbitrarily choose 1950 as god's chosen year of ethnic distribution on the planet - and rather egocentric to presume your chosen preference is god's chosen preference. I'm sure you're also preferential to the racial distribution of 0 AD, in which case you don't belong in No. America at all.

I was reading today from 'The Devil in Santa Clara', about the history of covenant neighborhoods there. The title alone suggests that santa clara had a pronounced reputation for doing such things, although I'm pretty sure it was going on in many US places back then, which was the 20's through 50's. My point now is that you are the product of a brief 40 year period in history, in some of the US, which had the experience of not living with your minority neighbors at all - which is fine, it was what it was, and it's natural for you to imagine that's how things should be, having grown up in that. It does not however represent world history, the natural order of life, or even the american way of life you would like to defend. Most of America has lived in the big cities, and thus doesn't even understand the immigration issue in the same way you do. In places like NY, SF, and LA, you always had neighborhoods a couple streets over or a few blocks down where you couldn't read the store front signs.

I am always courteous, cordial when speaking to others. Big cultural differences cause problems for all. The new immigrants show no respect for our culture, our people, our language, our faith.

We never leave a "discussion" real angry. He is well liked by all he works with, and he works with varied ethnic groups. But, I believe in separatism, for the good of all.
(reply to LJD) posted 27-Dec-2013 2:15am
I don't specifically know which city you are in, but your county is roughly 35% white, 30% asian, 30% hispanic. By another source, it's 47% in 2010, down from 53% in 2000. The mid-easterners didn't seem to have any significant numbers by 2010. Perhaps that's a really recent trend.

People rarely have that much respect, or even the resources to adopt local customs. When we move to mexico, we bring our SUV, install an air conditioner, and watch sattelite TV. We don't make tortillas on the sidewalks and worship the virgin de guadelupe with a dozen candles. Give anyone two or three generations, and they fit right in as if they'd always been here.

I've heard that these days international travel can be disappointing. The malls have the same brands of shoes and cell phones world-wide; pizza, chinese, mexican, and thai food are everywhere; and everyone's watching the same movies and playing the same video games. Unless you're out in the rural areas, it's already kind of one world everywhere. You may feel like it's the tower of babel out your front door, but on the flip side you wouldn't be too out of place living in hong kong, rome, or stockholm either, as would have been the case a century ago. English is an official language in 60 countries now, and a primary language in 38 countries. It's been a trade off; We have americanized the world, and the world has globalized america. It's always been like that. Europeans wouldn't be eating chocolate, coffee, potatos, sugar, and bananas if not for cultural trade, and yet after centuries, it's as if chocolate came from northern europe - and very few have any complaints that that's happened.
Every major religion has spread everywhere. Christians in china, buddhists in europe.

The nice thing about this is that the whole world is involved in figuring out what the best the world has to offer is. Pizza and burritos were both big hits, as were guitars, ice-cream, fireworks, litter-boxes, night-clubs, gyms, and seven-day weeks.

(reply to LJD) posted 27-Dec-2013 2:41am
You of course by now realize you're rare in the degree to which you value separatism, and probably increasingly aware by now that you were raised in somewhat rare circumstances as a child to consider it normal in the first place. That you've held onto these valuesafter all these years living in silicon valley somewhat amazes me though. It's almost an impressive feat. Either you lived very isolated, or were probably always known as a stubborn woman, set in her ways.

In a sense, you've probably lived through the most tumultuous period in world history. Change is going to come much slower now that everyone from Bolivia to Arabia is sharing cat photos on Facebook, eating sushi, and playing pokemon video games. The last bridge to merge is with the mid-east, which will probably result for us in less alcohol, more hemp, more prayer, and less tolerance of corporate practices like banking and advertising, while they forego treating women differently. Their history is really strange, considering they were once the cross roads of civilization, resulting in them having become a stabilized melting pot, but once planes were invented, the world evolved around them without them, as if they were an island.

I live within a short distance of San Francisco. I know the U.S. government had to have placed the mideasterns, asians and other foreigners in the city, because it was so fast. I have read the government were taking blocks of foreigners, and placing them in cities across the nation. Ask yourself why? I suspect to destroy our white Judeo/Christian culture, people, faith. The ungodly want world control. All peoples will be enslaved. It's easier to take control, if everyone is corralled.. Why did God mix the languages? Because, smaller is better, less central control for satan and minions. We are to pass on God's Word around the world. With missionaries and TV, we are spreading God's Word around the world.

I guess because when I was young, things were different. I become very involved in politics very young, when my children were young, when the public school system changed the dress code. That was the beginning. I could feel something wrong. When I heard Russia's Nikita Kruschev say in the late 50's, they will destroy us from within. Think about it, how were they going to do that? We are in an old war with Ishmael, Esau, and the serpent seed. God told us "heed the warnings". The Civil Right's Act in the early 60's was the beginning of the end, put into play by the enemy within, using people to their end.

I want to preface by saying I know I'm not perfect, but I must say I feel I was blessed to have my parents, even with their flaws, they were wonderful, I love them.

I was raised in a house that we went to church every Sunday. We dressed appropriately in church out of respect for God's house. These years I remember with great joy.

I was not indoctrinated by the public school system.

I didn't have TV, movie viewing, corrupt music as the young have today.

I never took an illegal drug to taint my brain, nor did my family and friends.

I had a Mom that was at home with the children, made healthy meals. No junk, or fast food. After the study of the Chinese Five Element system, it said with poor food, a people can become apathetic. Remember, you can't separate the mind/body/spirit. Some of the diseases of today are due to our poor food/water supply. I think this, with hard music is part of the reason the young in the 60's turned to drugs...trying to heal themselves. We have a pharma system, passing on drugs, legally. Some diseases dues to poor food supply ...OCD, ADD/ADHD are a few. Check out the book "Eat for Your Type", by Dr. Peter D'Adamo.

I had a very spiritual Dad that was part of our lives, was home every night. He taught me to kneel beside my bed at night and pray. He, as the head of the house, always said Grace.

Our socialization was church, family, and friends. We didn't have a TV until I was 11 years old. TV may have a place, but I believe has done more destruction.

I was raised to respect my elders. Also, there was never a curse word in our home.

The credit system (meant to indebt us) wasn't here, we went to stores, during the week, weekends the stores were closed. Weekends were for church, family and friends.

When I moved here 50 years ago, I lived with my kindred. All, but two of my neighbors were white. The two neighbors were hispanic, we all liked each other. We had barbacues, visited. Most of the neighbors have moved away, I still today see three of them every month. Several years ago, alot of foreigners have moved in, and to this day, none of us have really spoken.

I was raised in an all white neighborhood, no crime, no drive by shootings, no drugs. For the most part, very peaceful..I like peace. We left our doors open at night, left the keys in the car.

I am what I am. I know many today may not like how I think, but I can see something is wrong.

Is this what you call as a stubborn woman?

Boom towns never required gov't intervention. Word simply gets around quick that some place is the new place to move to. As you say, people like to be with their own kind, particularly when they don't know the local language and customs to simply blend in on their own. Apparently your neighborhood matches the buying power these minorities have. They have to live somewhere.

The gov't, in it's housing assistance plans, actually has a different policy. They don't want minorities lumped together and perpetuating their own sub-cultures, so they've ditched housing projects for instance, which were big in the 60's. Rather they find it preferable to simply give rent support to someone being the one minority on the block, where they are forced to adopt the local culture and fit in. This is not speculation, but their official printed policy.

In every sense we won the war against communist russia back in 1989. We are less communist now; they are far less communist now.

Aside from the policy discouraging religion in public, you would have actually been far happier with life in communist russia than here. They were against the very same things you are still against, like pop culture and commercialism tearing down traditional family values. When we won, we introduced them to pop culture and commercialism. While alcoholism was worse, they did not let drugs become part of their culture. They did not produce junk food. They did not medicate their populace with designer drugs. In short, they were dedicated to keeping things as they always had been, and people seeking to change anything were seen as dissidents, enemies of the state. Unlike us and the rest of the developed world, they supressed their hippie revolutions. The notion of people being free of gov't, religion, and societal conventions to do whatever they pleased was less compatible with their ideology than ours. They didn't have credit there either, a very capitalist system.
Nothing of their culture came back this direction after their demise.
We were quite the opposite, dedicated to making money selling people on constant change.

Most of what you don't like about our society can be attributed to our valuing business piracy above all other concerns. That most definitely had nothing to do with the USSR, and was in fact the source of most of the propoganda against the USSR which you grew up with. Churches obviously weren't fond of the USSR either, and on that score you would actually agree. I'm just saying it's not black and white, nor as you imagined. The USSR has been defeated, but was never particularly the enemy you imagined in the first place. They were able to keep their doors open at night too, for much longer than us - but because they lived in fear. If there was anything suspicious happening outside, people would rush to report it and be seen as a good citizen keeping the order. They even had ATM machines reengineered for making anonymous tips to the police. People didn't misbehave because any of your neighbors might turn you in. Religious communities aren't terribly different in that respect. That was the scary thing about the USSR, was that they structured their government on the same social mechanisms religions used to keep people in conformance.

Of all the things you miss, the one I admire most was the crime free neighborhoods. This was possible because everyone knew each other, because they didn't move often, because their jobs lasted 10 times longer, because products and services weren't constantly evolving. This is not a change in values however, it's simple system math, very similar to how algae blooms suddenly take over a pond. It was inevitable, no matter what values and ethics we had. No one and no agency is to blame, it's simply this phase of culture, in which everything rapidly accelerates, like a crescendo in a symphony. It's nature.

I don't see these people trying to fit into our culture. Our cultures will be at odds.

I now see these ungodly "urban housing" units, 6 stories high, on acres of land nearby. There is an acre of these jail cell housing units only blocks away. I see crime coming. I see a big problem in the future. I don't any human should have to live that way. But, then again, maybe some don't care.

The enemy within opened our gates to peoples we have nothing in common, overwhelming the nation.

My beloved Joe of years ago, had class, along with his family. They came here many years ago, in the late 40's. They came from Europe. They had to learn our language, had to have a sponsor, learn our laws, our Constitution to become citizens. They respected our culture, our people, unlike the foreigners of today. Joe and his family talked German at home, but when they walked into the public, they talked English.

The enemy within our nation has succeeded in destroying our culture. We have become a humanist, pagan society.

We are enslaved in this nation, and people don't care, it's been done increment, by increment.

I think too much materialism is unhealthy. . Greed is bad. I believe in free enterprise, with honesty.

Our neighborhood, when I was young, was peaceful. I feel sorry for those people whose neighborhoods have crime, gangs, drugs.

I've been in this home for over 50 years. I like stability. I've had the same phone number for over 50 years. My two grandchildren, we helped raise, asked if one day, when we pass on, could they buy the house. I told her she'll have to discuss this with her aunts and uncle. This house means alot to her.

I didn't know much about the USSR., but am learning.

I don't know if you're literally talking about jails, or just apartment buildings. The world has three times the population, and the US has twice the population as it did in 1950. Also we have less than 1/3rd the building resources per person we had then, and less than 1/3 the home heating fuel per person we had then, so yeah, ranch style homes are history now, and there will be more large apartment complexes. Europe has largely been that way for centuries, and their crime is no worse.

Here, check out this list:

We have 15% immigrants. Countries like Switzerland have more like 30%, major Asian countries like Hong Kong are around 40%, and the Arabian nations are like 60-80% immigrants.

Of 159 nations, the US ranks 74th in average language similtude. On a scale of 0-1, with 1 meaning everyone is the same, the US scores .49 in ethnic diversity, .56 in language, and .82 in religious diversity. No other nation except New Zealand comes remotely close to us in religious similarity. Compare to mexico for instance with scores of .54, .15, .18, or canada with .71, .58,
.70. Well, apparently canada is actually pretty self-similar. Anyhow my point is that we are average. It's tiny out of the way places like New Guinea where the consistent numbers exist. China only scores .15 for ethnicity similarity.

Unlike China, the US population was a mix of immigrants to begin with, so the fact that we score as non-diverse as we do, much less than most of the modern world, is pretty amazing. You should be thankful that you live in perhaps the least evolving modern major nation.

My point in all this is that we are already less overwhelmed than most of the world in this respect. People don't all move here, they move everywhere, here even less than other places. As I said, world population tripled while ours only doubled. This means, as a share of increasing population, that actually more people are leaving the US than coming here. We are not the preferred country of global immigrants, it just looks that way in contrast because we are coincidentally seated next to mexico, one of the least favored places. This also implies that our natives are abandoning the US to move to places like Hong Kong or the United Arab Emirates as well.

New York, London, Paris, Munich - those may have been the international hot spots of the 50's, but I feel the US is kind of dropping off the world radar already. We had the silicon valley in the 80's, but the world has surpassed us there too. Oh duh, that's where your 80's asian population came from, all their programmers. Well, that's happening in Asia now. As I recall, although you don't like the modern techno age, you also feel the US should be a world leader in technology - and yet you don't want the world coming here. You can't have it both ways. Either we are an international hot spot, or a 3rd world country, and relatively speaking, the trend is toward the latter lately, as suits your isolationist preference.

Our nation is certainly the height of materialism. The Japanese may be worse now though. In Europe they like nice things, but they buy things which last for years, and don't simply buy to have new stuff.

Crime was far worse in places like LA and New York 30 years ago than it is today, where most people live. Places like your city suburbs may be getting worse, but on average things are actually getting better here. The same is true of both drugs and gangs, both on average, and in respect to big cities vs. suburbs. Basically the problems moved out of the big cities, and into the suburbs over the decades.

I was telling you about 60's USSR. I'm sure those anti-change and anti-materialist pop culture roots are still present, but they have a whole different set of problems now. Basically when they collapsed in '89 local mafia stepped in to fill the void of gov't. Now what is emerging is a hybrid of peoples collectives, mafia, capitalist corporations, and some new gov't.

You probably would have liked their cultural values and neighborhood stability, but not the gov't opression which made that possible. For instance you had to get a travel visa to drive to another city. The gov't and people were paranoid of each other. Actually you might not have minded, since the gov't was largely composed of neighborhood watch committees, running schools, businesses, and everything else. It was the opposite of here, and very much like a religious community, where everyone minded everyone else's business, and made sure no one was being a deviant. Anyhow, who knows what it's like now, now that the communist gov't toppled. It's probably a lot like mexico now actually, paying off mafia officials for business protection and shopping access.

You may not like socialism, but you should at least appreciate that we mostly socialized the police and justice system here, rather than having a get what you pay for mafia system takes it's place, as our courts for corporate protectionism have become.

Sorry I haven't answered later posts, but I've had family over, and one is a 2 year old great grandson, who has loads of energy that I do not have. He's precious, I love him, but he can run faster than me..LOL

If we have a roof over our head, food in our mouth, clothes on our back, we are rich. Why don't many nations have the necessities? Over population, lack of God's Word, is my guess. God said he will bless those nations that believe on him. Think about it.

I ask why are black, brown and yellow neighborhoods (somewhat) so overcome with crime? Most whites do not want to live in crime ridden neighborhoods.

The following is a man's article on Russia in prophesy...

Plus Critical Note

Today all well informed people know that we will soon receive a treacherous

attack by communist hordes, led by Russia. Those who are well informed in the word of

Yahweh, have known this for a long time, the prophets described it in detail, written thus

some 2,500 years ago. We find it principally in the 38th and 39th chapters of Ezekiel.

Beginning at Ezekiel 38:1 we read: " And the word of Yahweh came unto me saying,

Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince (or prince of

Rosh) Meshech and Tubal and prophesy against him and say, Thus saith Yahweh,

Behold I am against thee O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal." Of whom is

Yahweh speaking?

Gog, in ancient Hebrew, meaning huge or gigantic, is from the root word G-G.

The same root is found in Agag, a king of Amalek, sometimes written Agog, this fits

Russia's great size. Magog, in ancient Hebrew and Arabic, geographers applied this

name to the area lying north of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea, the Hindu Kush

(Afghanistan) and Altai, western and southwestern Russia. The root M-G-G also

underlies Mongol, you know the proverb, " Scratch a Russian and you find a Tartar ".

Magog was the 2nd son of Japhet, others being Mesheh and Tubal, and was known to

have migrated to southwestern Russia. Meshech in ancient Hebrew, is a word of three

letters corresponding to M-S-C or M-sh-ch. This root is found in many place names

near and including Moscow. The ancients understood this to mean Moscow, Tubal in

ancient Hebrew, written with three letters corresponding to th-b-I. Later it was

sometimes written Thubal, sometimes Thobal. It is the root from which is derived

Tobolsk-Tobal plus the Russian suffix " sk " indicating a place name.

Moscow is the capital city of western or European Russia, while Tobolsk for most

of its existence has been the capitol city of eastern or Siberian Russia. For at least the

last 150 years, scholars have recognized these words as identifying Russia as the

power spoken of in these verses.

Ezekiel 38:4 continues, " And I will turn thee back and put hooks into thy jaws,

and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army. Horses and horsemen, all of them clothed

with all sorts of armor, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them

handling swords ". Russia's previous invasions of Europe were turned back, until the

treachery of our own leaders gave her eastern Europe in 1944-1945. Yahweh turned

back all premature advances of Russia, keeping her out until the proper time. Note the

references to armor, for the last 2 centuries this did not seem realistic. However, in the

last few decades, all major armies have made use of fiberglass/plastic body armor as

protection against steel splinters from bursting shells, so Ezekiel is really up to date.

The Hebrew word parash is translated horsemen in this verse and probably

correctly so. It is noteworthy that Russia has more horse cavalry than in all other armies

combined and her Mongolian allies will furnish her more. Some have wondered if

parash might be a suggestion of parachute troops. If so, Russia originated paratroops

and now has over 1,000,000 trained paratroopers.

Then the Bible goes on to name in Ezekiel 38:5-6 Russia's allies, not just

conquered satellites. " Persia, Ethiopia and Libya with them; all with shield and helmet:

Gomer and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the sides of the north and all his

bands; and many people with thee." Persia's modern name is Iran, it is under heavy

Russian pressure and subversion. It adjoins Russia's southern border, a natural target

for Russian expansion both as a warm water outlet and for its rich oil fields.

Ethiopia, whose Hebrew name Cush was applied to both Ethiopia, in Africa south

of the Sudan, and to Afghanistan (Hindo Cush) adjoining Russia and a natural gateway

to India. The Russian occupation of Afghanistan now exists in all but name. Libya, on

the Mediterranean coast of Africa just west of Egypt, will naturally follow Egypt.

For the rest of the roll call of Red allies, we turn next to Ezekiel 30:1-6. " The day

of Yahweh is near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the heathen. And the sword shall

come upon Egypt and great pain shall be in Ethiopia, when the slain shall fall in Egypt

and they shall take away her multitude, and her foundations shall be broken down.

Ethiopia, and Libya and Lydia, and all the mongrel peoples and Chub and the men of

the land that is in league with them by the sword." Chub and the land that is in

league, we cannot yet identify, but Egypt is already in the Soviet orbit. Ethiopia is now

the center of Russian communist subversion in all Africa. Libya, as we have seen,

adjoins Egypt and is coming under its influence, Lydia is now part of Turkey.

Psalm 83:1-8 gives us the rest of the Red alliance. " Keep not Thou silence O

Yahweh: hold not Thy peace and be not still O Yahweh. For lo, Thine enemies make a

tumult: and they that hate Thee have lifted up the head. They have taken crafty

counsel against Thy people and consulted against Thy hidden ones. They have said,

Come and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may no more

be in remembrance for they have consulted together with one consent: they are

confederate against Thee: The tabernacles of Edom and the Ishmaelites: of Moab and

the Hagarenes: Gebal and Ammon, and Amalek: the Philistines with the inhabitants of

Tyre; Assur also is joined with them."

Communism and those who created and still control it, are surely Yahweh's

enemies, those who hate Yahshua. Making a tumult, is their favorite occupation, they

have taken crafty counsel against us. Here is further recognition that the Anglo-Saxon

people are the Israel of the Bible, Thy hidden ones. Our Israel identity is still hidden

from most people.

They have said, "Come and let us cut them off from being a nation ", for they are

trying desperately to reduce us to a mere conquered province of the United Nations,

with all of our national independence gone.

The first enemy mentioned is Edom. We know today that the Edomites are the

inventors of communism and the leaders of it today in all nations. The Jewish

Encyclopedia, in its article on Edom says, " The Edomites today are found in modern

Jewry." Next the scriptures mention the Ishmaelites, the Arabs, they would naturally be

our allies against Godless communism. However, our politicians, seeking Jewish money

and votes in the big cities, have made us the enemies of the Arabs by pouring out our

wealth and our official support for the Jewish invaders of Palestine. Thus the Arabs are

reluctantly compelled to recognize us as enemies by our own choice, not theirs. Moab,

Gebal, Ammon, the Philistines and Tyre are all found within the territories of the Arab

nations. The Hagarenes would also be either Arab or Egyptian for Hagar was an

Egyptian, the mother of Ishmael. Amalek was one of the Edomite Jewish tribes. Finally

Assur, the Assyrians. After the fall of Assyria, the survivors fled what is now

southwestern Russia. Several prophecies about the Assyrians are now being fulfilled by

Let's go back over these verses, for they are far more significant than just a roll

call. Surely as Ezekiel 30:3 says, " Today is the time of the heathen ". By their numbers,

they now completely rule the United Nations. We crawl humbly on our bellies before

them, vainly imploring their approval of our efforts to forestall the catastrophe they are

promoting. We impoverish our own taxpayers to pour billions of dollars into fattening

and strengthening our enemies. We ruin our own industries by building and subsidizing

the industries of the heathen nations and admitting their products to our country with

little or no tariff protection for our own workmen.

All the mongrel people, the mixed breeds of Asia, Africa and India, who have

but one thing in common, their bitter hatred of the white man. They will ally themselves

with anything which promises them that they can pillage and rape in the lands of the

white man. All these nations, so far listed, will be true allies of Russia, they will fight for

the loot which Russia promises them. Unlike the enslaved satellite nations of eastern

Europe, which are unwilling to destroy the free nations which are their own last hope of

rescue. Why aren't the European satellite nations listed here? Because their part is in

the revolt among the Russian hordes, is discussed separately.

Ezekiel 38:9 describes Russia's two pronged attack. One line of attack will be to

seize the eastern end of the Mediterranean Sea and the Suez Canal, this cuts off this

important life line of the civilized world. This especially cuts off Europe from all her

supplies of oil from the Middle East. Without this oil, Europe's mechanized armies and

air forces will come to a halt. However, the long march across hundreds of miles of

mountain and desert from Russia to Egypt, would take too long. The Bible foretells that

Russia will seize this area by paratroop attack. " Thou shalt ascend and come like a

storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou and all thy bands and many

people with thee ". Ever since 1945, Russia has built 5 transport planes to our one and

she has over 1,000,000 paratroops. Ezekiel chapter 30 and Daniel chapter 11, show

that this part of the war will be fought largely in and around Egypt, obviously for control

of the Suez Canal.

Ezekiel emphasizes that Russia will also strike in another direction while this is

going on. Ezekiel 38:10-12 continues, " Thus saith Yahweh: It shall come to pass that,

at the same time shall things come into thy mind and thou shalt think an evil thought:

And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of the unwalled villages; I will go to them that

are at rest, that dwelleth safely, all of them dwelling without walls and having neither

bars nor gates, to take a spoil and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate

places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the

nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land ".

Ezekiel 38:9 describes the paratroop attack. " And thou shalt think an evil thought." The

Hebrew word here translated thought, is makh-ash-aw-baw, which also means a device

or machine.

So things will come into Russia's mind concerning an evil machine which they

have. They shall make an attack to take a spoil, a prey, out of a wealthy nation. This

certainly can't refer to the flea bitten poverty of the people of the Near East, where the

first attack is made. Who is this wealthy nation?

From the clues given in Ezekiel chapter 38, you should be able to tell who this

nation is. First, the land that is brought back from the sword. This is not true of

Palestine, which is an armed camp, ready to erupt into war at any moment. Zechariah

12:2-3 promises that Palestine and Jerusalem shall be a cup of trembling and a

burdensome stone, nothing peaceful about that. But, the United States is a land

brought back from the sword. The last major war on our soil was over a century ago

and even the Indian wars ended about 80 years ago. We do dwell safely in unwalled

villages and are at rest. However, this has not been true of Palestine for 2,000 years

and is not true of Palestine now. They dwell in fear, behind barbed wire entanglements,

wondering when the next raid will come. We are a nation gathered out of many people,

and brought forth out of the nations. We have gotten cattle and goods, the principle

form of wealth in Ezekiel's time. Not only are we the wealthiest nation in the world, but

we can even be literal about it. Part of our wealth does consist of tremendous numbers

of cattle and we have more goods of practically any kind than any other nation.

This wealth is what makes us the target for the attack, even the desolate places

that are now inhabited, fits us. This describes our great southwest quarter, desolate

until we reclaimed its parched lands with irrigation. " The mountains of Israel which have

been always waste ", also identifies us. Note this doesn't say desolate, for our

mountains are not desolate, it says waste. Waste means unused or unoccupied, our

mountains were always waste until we occupied them, for the Indians put them to no

use. This would not fit the mountains of Palestine, for they have been inhabited for

dozens of centuries.

Even the description of the attack upon us further identifies us. " I will go up to

the land of the unwalled villages; thou shalt come up against My people Israel, out of

the north parts ". If you look at a map, you will note that north is at the top. Yes, even

the Russian maps are drawn that way. Russia will have to go down, south and west, to

go to Palestine and Egypt. She will have to go up north, across the North Pole, to attack

us. She will strike us out of the north parts, as her air fleets cross the North Pole and

drop down upon us.

What form will the attack take? The attack will be partly from the air, for Ezekiel

says, " And thou shalt come up against My people Israel, as a cloud to cover the land ".

There will also be a land attack, for Ezekiel also says, " And thou shalt come from thy

place out of the north parts, thou and many people with thee, all of them riding upon

horses, a great company and a mighty army ".

We know Russia has more cavalry than all the armies of the civilized world put

together. Because of the general lack of good enough roads for mechanized forces,

she uses horse drawn equipment to a great extent. Also, the nomadic people of Inner

and Outer Mongolia and Sinkiang, all adjoining Russia's southeastern border, are

horsemen. They would certainly join in the great looting expedition into the world's

wealthiest nation. For some time, our Air Force Intelligence officers have known of the

great fleets of invasion barges in the ports of Siberia and Manchuria. Obviously they are

being amassed there for a purpose.

If the hordes of Asia could be landed on the coasts of southern Alaska and

Canada, they would consider the conditions there no hardship. It would be paradise

compared to what they are used to in most of Asia. They would need very little supplies

other than ammunition, for they would live off the land and live better than at home.

Nomadic warriors, dispersed through the vast forests of the western Canadian

mountains, would be very hard to hunt down and destroy. Our great production centers

of Detroit and Cleveland for machine tools, Pittsburgh and Gary for iron and steel,

Chicago as a great central hub of transportation, the Puget Sound region with its naval

base and aircraft factories, are very vulnerable. With all of these areas devastated by

treacherous rocket attacks and air raids, with many coastal cities atom bombed by

rockets launched from Russian submarines we would be very vulnerable. With this

damage done to us overnight without warning, Russia may well feel that she can launch

her land army attack with a large chance of success. Our capacity to equip large forces

will be for a time at low ebb. If we keep such forces as we have for our own defense,

Europe will fall for lack of our assistance. If we send our troops abroad, to defend the

rest of civilization, we will be weak at home when the Asiatic hordes roll in like a flood in

our northwestern states. From a materialistic point of view, it is a cleverly planned

However, Russia overlooks Yahweh's promise that He will take the decisive part

in this war. Here is what Yahweh promises in Ezekiel 38:18:22. " And it shall come to

pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith Yahweh,

that My fury shall come up in My face. For in My jealousy and in the fire of My wrath

have I spoken. Surely in that day shall there be a great shaking in the land of Israel; so

that the fishes of the sea and the fowls of the heaven and the beasts of the field and all

creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the

land, shall shake at My presence; and the mountains shall be thrown down and the

steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground. And I shall call for a sword

against him throughout all My mountains, saith Yahweh: every man's sword shall be

against his brother, And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I

will rain upon him and upon all his bands and upon the many people with him, an

overflowing rain and great hailstones, fire and brimstone."

Note the weapons used. One is the tremendous forces of nature, which will

break up their organization and send them fleeing in panic in all directions. Another is

mutiny among all the conquered countries, now she faces a dilemma. If she leaves

them at home while she sends Russian armies out to war, not only will Russia be

weakened by having to bear all the losses, but also the satellite countries will seize the

opportunity to revolt at home, as did the Hungarian Red army. Therefore, to make them

bear the losses and to get them away from their own lands so they can't liberate their

own people, she will put them in the invading armies. In the confusion of battle, the

satellite armies will mutiny and attack the Russians.

At least twice before Yahweh has used this device to destroy enemy armies.

Judges 7:22 tells how, when Gideon attacked the Midianites at night, in the confusion

" Yahweh set every man's sword against his fellow, and they destroyed each other." I

Samuel 14:20 tells how Yahweh used this method against the Philistines, " Every

man's sword was against his fellows and there was a very great confusion."

Now it will be used against the enormous hordes of Russia and China and the

satellite armies, this is confirmed by Haggai 2:21-22. " I will shake the heavens and the

earth; and I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the

heathen; I will overthrow the chariots and those that ride in them; and the horses and

their riders will come down, every one by the sword of his brother."

More of Yahweh's weapons are pestilence and blood, epidemic disease and

infected wounds. Because sanitation is unknown among most Asiatics, pestilence will

spread like wildfire among them.

The next weapon is the weather. " I will rain upon him and upon his bands, and

upon the many people with him, an overflowing rain." Transportation will bog down

hopelessly in the bottomless mud. Flooded streams will block all progress, even all

retreat, while supplies run out and hunger takes its toll. The stormy skies will prevent

any help from Russia's air fleets, scattered and destroyed by the fury of the storm. Next

to come are great hailstones, it is not certain whether this really means hailstone or

stones from heaven, meteors.

That it could be meteors is evident from the fact that on August 15, 1951, what

the Iranian newspapers called a downpour of meteors on the south Iranian city of

Shiraz wrecked 62 buildings, killed 12 persons and injured 19 more. Joshua 10:11

records that Yahweh rained meteors upon an Amorite army and slaughtered them.

However, if hailstones is the correct translation, there are many historic instances of

armies halted and even defeated by hailstones, even as recently as 1895. In Job 38:22-

23, Yahweh asks Job, "Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? Or hast thou

seen the treasures of the hail, which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against

the day of battle and war? "

Several times in recent years, our American newspapers have recorded

instances of hailstones up to the size of baseballs, easily capable of killing a man hit by

one. Finally, among the weapons, fire and brimstone, which is sulphur. This probably

refers to volcanic eruptions accompanying the great earthquakes.

Outbursts of fire and sulphur fumes are common in volcanic eruptions. Gas

masks would be no protection against sulphur dioxide fumes. What is the result of

Yahweh's defense of us? Ezekiel chapter 39 is pretty badly translated in the King

James Bible. It suggests that 1/6th of the Russian forces escape, while the original

Hebrew reads, " And thou, son of man, prophesy concerning Gog and say, Thus saith

Yahweh; I am against thee O Gog, Prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal, and I shall turn

thee back and lead thee, and cause thee to come up from the sides of the north, and

bring thee in against the mountains of Israel. And I will smite thy bow out of thy left

hand, yea, thine arrows out of thy right I cause to fall. On the mountains of Israel thou

fallest, thou and all the bands of the people that are with thee ".

The slaughter is so great that we shall be seven months gathering up and

burying the dead. Ezekiel 32:18-30 describes the final result. " Son of man, wail for the

multitude of Egypt, and cast them down, unto the nether parts of the earth, with them

that go down into the pit. There is Meshech, Tubal and all her multitude: her graves are

round about him; all of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword, though they caused

terror in the land of the living. ... There is Edom, her kings and all her princes, which

with their might are laid by them that were slain by the sword; they shall lie with the

uncircumcised and with them that go down to the pit. There be the princes of the north,

all of them."

Finally in Ezekiel 39:7-8, 21 ,25 ,29 Yahweh says, " So will I make My holy name

known in the midst of My people Israel; and I will not let them pollute My name

anymore: and the heathen shall know that I am the holy one in Israel. Behold it is come,

and it is done, saith Yahweh: this is the day of which I have spoken. ... And I will set My

glory among the nations, and all the nations shall see My judgment that I have

executed, and My hand that I have laid upon them. ... Therefore, thus saith Yahweh:

Now I will bring again the captives of Jacob and have mercy upon the whole house of

Israel, and will be jealous of My holy name. ... Neither will I hide my face any more from

them: for I have poured out My spirit upon the house of Israel, saith Yahweh."

It is true that incredible stupidity and treachery among our politicians in high

office, have built up the power of communism beyond the ability of ordinary means to

combat it. It is also true that the greatest weapons are those in the hands of Yahweh.

He has promised to use them in our defense. Isn't it comforting to know that THIS IS

Critical note by Clifton A. Emahiser: We have to give Comparet much credit for

a great job of presenting this subject, although the world scene has changed somewhat

since he delivered it. Many today might respond to this message and retort: " But today

communism is dead." Don't you believe it, for communism has been successfully

transported from Russia to America and other Israel lands, and all ten planks of the

bad-fig-jewish Karl Marx communist manifesto have been adopted by our respective

I researched this same topic in depth and put together a booklet entitled The

Problems With Ezekiel 38 & 39. As we look at this situation today, we can quickly

observe that some of Comparet's postulations are off-the-mark somewhat. In-the-main,

though, he did quite well. The one area where Comparet shines is, he identifies the

players in the game. And when we consider these players in the game, we must ponder

the geographic areas rather than the peoples who lived there at various times. For

instance, Iran (Persia) are not the same people as the Persians of old, for the Persians

of old were pure milk-white in color. But, with the prophet's insight into the future, he

was able to help us identify from where these forces would be located in our present

day. Therefore, we need to consider this when we read of Gog, Magog, Mesheck,

Tubal, Persia, Ethiopia, Libya, Lydia (which seems to be "Chub ") etc. Many of these

peoples to whom Ezekiel refers were pure-white in his day, whereas the peoples

located in these same areas today are of mixed blood.

I don't agree with Comparet that a majority of the invaders will be paratroopers

as the word " cloud " in the Hebrew means a covert (under cover) incursion rather than

an overt invasion. All the equipment prophesied to be brought with these invaders

simply couldn't be dropped from aircraft! And as for the use of horses, this was the only

way that Ezekiel could compare the method of conveyance in his day. As for the

weapons to be used in this great invasion, Ezekiel could only compare them with which

he was familiar during his own lifetime. I do agree with Comparet that Psalm 83:1-8

gives a further description of the peoples that will be involved with this great coming

invasion, which would include the Edomite-jews as well as the arabs. We must

remember that all bad-fig-jews are not necessarily Zionists.

One item of interest is the fact that Ezekiel didn't seem to include Iraq as one of

the invaders. Is it possible that while we are involved trying to occupy Iraq and force

them to become a so-called democracy, we will simultaneously be invaded by the

euphemistic Gog and Magog?

Crime is a product of poverty, not race; and poverty in turn is the product of discrimination and the lack of opportunity.

It's true that poverty also forces minorities to live together, and minorities are no less discriminatory than anyone else. The crime in such neighborhoods still isn't due to any racial culture traits however, but because people of any sort find it easier to victimize people different than themselves. If you stuck poor white boys in with poor people of any other minority, you wouldn't see them being any less criminal either.

Gog and Magog could just as well describe the US role in the mid-east. Obviously any world power wants that oil, and the mid-east is in the middle of everything, so any war between africa, europe, and asia would necessarily involve them on account of geography alone.

Why is it not all people who are poor, commit crime? My parents lived through the depression, but never committed crime, nor did their families. They lived on turnips for several months, nothing else. My dad and mom worked on a farm, weren't rich. My dad only had an 8th grade education, had a good work ethic.

As far as discrimination, and lack of opportunity....I don't see white men going out and committing alot of crime even though they've had their opportunities for the last 50 years stolen from them. I still see loads of crime in non-white areas, and they've been given every opportunity without even trying.

I've studied with a few, well versed ministers, and they say the same. Russia is a problem, along with some other nations. The pieces are coming together.

Again, God said he would bless those nations that believe on him. The white Judeo/Christian nations are the most prosperous nations in the world, and everyone wants what we have. But, we can't save the world, the nations have to try to help themselves..

An enemy within our nation has infiltrated all our institutions. I pray for our nation.

Your parents may have not committed crime, but I'm sure there was no shortage of people who did when things got tough. That was the era when gangsters like Bonnie & Clyde and John Dillinger became famous, if not almost heros for many.

What opportunities have white men had taken in the past? If perhaps you mean employment, when a population doubles, so does consumption, production, and employment. These days that may be true, and coincidentally involve people of other races, but only because of the shipping of jobs overseas, as the consumption takes place here, but the production employment is beyond our reach. That's the fault of business owners however, not minorities &/or immigrants.

Ministers with any degree of mysticism are attracted to bibliomancy and prophecy. The word of god is anywhere for those who desire it, and the success of such prophecy really comes down to the individual ability of the ministers themselves. Biblical apocalyptic prophets have been around as long as the bible itself, and always saw the end times as just around the corner from their own decade or century, involving whatever nations existed in their time period, long before there was a USSR. 500 years from now they will probably still be doing it, seeing the parallel between scripture and space travel at the time. Jesus taught communism himself. You can be sure that if he had any anticipation of apocalyptic end times, that he wouldn't be citing communists as the source of the problem. Soviet communists of the 50's just happened to be the handy enemy of US ministers to which they imagined the bible must have referred to. For decades now, some evangelists have switched to imagining that it's the corporations. 20 years from now it may be China again. Whomever evangelists perceive as the threat to humanity during their life, no matter what century, that's who they will attribute the prophecy to.

It really doesn't matter what ministers say about unicorns, if there are no unicorns. Entire churches have come and gone, based on the words of apocalyptic evangelists, who have been wrong, century after century, after century. Why would you imagine we suddenly have more accurate prophets in our midst? Sadly, for the majority of people, I have to imagine it's because they actually desire to see the end times come to pass within their own life span. The revelation of the apocalypse was itself written by John around 70 AD, and even that is not assuredly physical, but perhaps a metaphor of any spiritual path. Jesus only said the kingdom is at hand, which could have meant all sorts of more fitting things. It surely did not suggest that soviet communists 2000 years later, who are already gone now, would bring about end times and the rapture. It took 21st century evangelists to invent such elaborations. Even amongst christians who believe fully in the bible, it's a very rare belief. 'You' have chosen the prophetic of interpretations of those particular evangelists. There's nothing in the bible telling you who is correct. Christians with other beliefs are just as firm in their belief that other interpretations are true, and the bible backs up their more popular view instead. If not for you and your comparatively rare but outspoken compatriots with this particular interpretation, the notion would become forgotten history. People like you have chosen, whether you realize it or not, to continue this age-old tradition of end-times concern.

Even if a worldy apocalypse was exactly what the bible meant, and it was true, who's to say that it won't occur in the year 450,000 AD, long after things like seperate races cease to even exist? We might all even live in a distant solar system by then.

Quite possibly the reason you choose to stick to this of all possible arbitrary interpretations is that it fits your perception of life. Have you ever stopped however to consider the possibility that you've seen life all your life in such light precisely because that's the framework you were taught to see it through - that perhaps your parents, with best of intentions, dealt you a crummy hand by training you to see life as half empty, not half full, as falling apart rather than coming to fruition? Arguments can be made either way by the faithful and atheists alike, and you have chosen the grimmer perspective of the two, or at least chosen to maintain that belief, even if it was handed to you.

Another thing you might reflect upon is the possibility that it intrigues you more to be correct about this than it concerns you that it may be true.

I had a friend who's father had similar beliefs to yours. His dying words to his son were that he suddenly realized he had had it all wrong, and for his son to not waste away his own life with similar thinking.

This is where family is important, one of many purposes, family is to support emotionally, each other. Years ago, I saw a Phil Donahue show about gangs. They had several hispanic gang members, telling of why they think there are gangs. All of them said, it was a lack of family support. One 45 year old gang member said he never feeled loved, never a family attachment.

Through the Civil Rights Act, and Affirmative Action, the rights of the white man's blessings, were stolen. My niece, 30 years ago, was given the opportunity to sign up for the electricians apprenticeship program. The program was open to only non-white, and women. Next, most government employment was given to the non-white. The government grows bigger, and bigger, more corrupt.

The difference is, that the times of old, it was NOT worldwide. The entire world now is connected. I believe we are in the end times.

God was not a communist. God believes in a work ethic. As it is work, no eat. Indeed we are to help, where needed, the young, elderly, and the truly disabled. A man is to take care of his family first, then his kindred. A woman is to be his helpmate. But, the enemy within opened up the world of easy divorce. (no fault divorce). The breakdown of the family, was the breakdown of a healthy society.

Communism means total control of all. But, ask who is the head? Individualism, with God's instruction, is the only system that is free.

Personally, I believe many of the churches have failed their flock, due to the church exemption. I know that the black church has been infiltrated by the communists, misleading the flock. They are not teaching the Word, verse by verse, with understanding. God approved, at one time, of only the churches of Smyna, and Philadelphia. Why? Because they taught about learning who the false jews were. Rev. 2:9 I attended a church not long ago for my granddaughter's baptism. I liked his message.

I was raised in a home, and era that I didn't take drugs/alcohol, our neighborhoods were peaceful, the entertainment field was a little cleaner, however, my dad told me in my preteens, that Hollywood was a sinful city...I agree with him. I thank God for my parents and family. Sure they had their flaws, as all humans while in the flesh, but they were good parents.

Unfortunately, in the public school system they teach "critical theory", which means no more than "criticize your parents, ancestry at all cost". Criticize the Bible. The evil system has taught "critical theory", and look at our system now...decadence.

The reason so many of the youth educated in the public school system think as they obedience/discipline, no conscience, do your thing, drugs, sexual absolutes.

You will never understand, as you're in a different world than I. I believe in peace, living according to God's Word.

You're definitely right on that. Unless god directly directs me otherwise, I go with what makes the most analytical sense.

If god wrote the bible, your view could make sense. As is, we don't even know that the authors of the bible in any way talked with god. At best, it seems to be written by authors who knew the disciples who knew Jesus. Mostly, particularly the OT, it's just the words of forefathers passed on through generations, and based on that alone, it makes more sense that descendants would be wiser and more learned than their forefathers. It seems you would naturally believe the opposite to be true, that people are to be less trusted, the more they learn over time.

Even if their were neither God nor bible, I suspect you and I would still be in disagreement about absolutes and rules. You would think them a good idea, even if they were arbitrarily created, and I would find them to be restrictive nonsense, except where they were absolutely required to protect people from each other, including preventing people from becoming tyrants over others.
