Blender, coffee maker (and coffee grinder), grill (charcoal [not really for the kitchen!], and a grill pan for the stove--no electric grill/griddle), ice cream maker (I think we still have this, though not certain), microwave, mixer (stand and hand), rice cooker (I think we still have this, though not certain), panini press, crockpot, toaster oven, food processor, and yogurt maker.

10 of those plus a food processor and we have a cappuccino machine and a K-cup brewer (both coffee makers, more or less).
Of these, I really only use: coffee machine, microwave, rice cooker, and toaster oven on a regular basis.

Vitamix blender, Oster blender, pod coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, KitchenAid mixer, crockpot, toaster, and electric can opener. We also had a nice juicer that had never been used but we sent it to our son in Idaho.

Electric kettle, microwave, slow cooker, and toaster. I will be purchasing a rice cooker soon.

I never use the slow cooker (it's a fire hazard!).

Also a food processor. It's good for pie crusts.

I have 13 of the ones listed. Have had the others, but gave them away.

Not any-wheres as near as a deep fryer. My SO was using one in the kitchen and it caught fire.
Everyone started screaming and panicking. I ran out to the kitchen grabbed a skillet and covered the fryer and out went the fire.
Got rid of it then and never replaced it. I was not keen on deep fried foods anyways so I was glad it was gone.

The slow cooker I have, I had to replace the electric cord on. It was a cheap cord that after a few uses the casing started to crack from the wire..
Replaced it with a cord designed to handle 500v @ 50amps double insulated heat resistant.
Never had a problem with it and it gets used at least 2-3 times a week.

Blender - coffee maker - dehydrator - kettle - juicer - microwave - egg beater and mixer - pressure cooker - sandwich press - crockpot - toaster - toaster oven

Add to that; sausage maker >smile (it's an attachment to my mixer)

You bet deep fryers are a fire hazard. I don't like fried food, but even if I did, I'd be scared of having one.

I just don't like the idea of leaving the slow cooker on while I'm out of the house. I would've leave oven on or clothes dryer either.

I had a stick blender, but the motor broke - I tried to make a smoothie using frozen strawberries once too often.
I've had a dehydrator for about 18 months now - I love it, but don't use it as often as I'd like. I wouldn't want to leave it running while I was out, and I'm at work most of the time. I suppose I could always run it overnight.
I have a kettle - again, I don't use it often as I'm not a big one for hot drinks.
I have a microwave which I bought for my room when I was at university the first time around. It's lasted a good nine years, though it hasn't been in continuous use. Not bad for 30!
I've had a slow cooker for a few years. I mostly use it to cook pulses.

That's my lot smile

I'm confused. How come so few people have kettles? I don't think I've ever been in anyone's home (including student bedrooms) where they didn't have a kettle.

Most of the ones here aren't electric. I have a stovetop one.

That's interesting. I remember those still being relatively common back in the 80s, but not since then. Heating water on the hob just seems an unnecessary faff. Plus, could only be done in a kitchen.

Since I got together with my wife, the number of small appliances in my kitchen has increased significantly. Previously, I would only have owned a coffee maker, a steamer (not really an appliance, just a device) and a toaster. Now I have to add: blender, electric frying pan, microwave, mixer, rice cooker and slow cooker.

Just an electric kettle, that's all, I exist very simply; I also have an oven with toasting facilities, but never use it. I had an electric toaster until quite recently, but when I moved home in late 2010, it somehow got "lost" in the process of doing so. I'm just a very spartan sort of soul I s'pose. I don't need much. But that's not to say I wouldn't like more! So, it's partially a financial issue.

What's a toaster oven? I have most of these. Ones I don't have that I want: ice cream maker, dehydrator.

I own my clothing. I own various photographs, letters and momentos. I own personal documents. I own suitcases and bags. That's all I own and all I need.
