Sometimes wear long sleeves or a hat; usually wear sunscreen at least on my face.

I avoid going out when the UV is high (whether it's sunny or not).
If I must go outside at such a time I wear a hat and sunglasses plus cover my skin with clothing and/or sunscreen (includes lip balm).

I am allergic to UV rays and burn pretty much upon contact. 5 minutes exposed is enough for a minor burn - half an hour will be pretty intense. The couple of times that I've been exposed for an hour I've gotten severe sunburns (hundreds of blisters and bright red skin, that takes about 2 weeks to heal. Not fun).

Mainly just wear a hat if going to be in the sun for any length of time.
Otherwise try to limit the exposure to 30 min blocks with a 10-15 min shade period before going back out.
Sunscreen, nope not using it.

Nothing really, my sunbathing days are long gone. When I was younger, I used to spend hours lying in the sun working on my tan; I even used a sun bed for a time. I'd never do that now, not just because I'd see it as a waste of time, but because of the moles I've acquired. I'm usually on the move anyway, and I tend to wear a cap. I had a punch biopsy on a very large freckle/mole back in 2014, and have got quite a few suspicious ones, the legacy of all that vain sun-worshipping. Obviously, I don't want to get sick, but I just get on with things, not worry too much, and hope for the best. If it happens it happens, but I hope it doesn't.

Long sleeves mostly, but sometimes it's too hot for that. I guess I should get sunscreen, even though i don't like how messy it is. My arms are tanning more than usual this summer, and freckling. I really need sunscreen.

Mostly, I don't spend enough time in direct sunlight to be at risk of burning. We don't get all that many very sunny days and when we do, I tend not to spend much time outside. If I am outside, it's usually too early in the morning or late in the evening to be at great risk of burning (e.g. walking to and from work). I also tend to be pretty covered up. It has to be really quite warm for me to go out in short sleeves. I've been out in short sleeves for short stints a few days this year and at most, I've freckled a bit more but there's not been even the hint of a burn.I probably should wear suncream on my face more often than I do, as that is where I am most prone to catching the sun. I've been trialling non-greasy suncreams that are suitable for my face and won't make me get super spotty. I think I've found a good one, but it's pretty expensive, so I'm not sure I'll actually use it daily.

Mostly I just avoid spending too much time in direct sunlight. I also wear a hat to protect my bald head.

check It's not that I avoid it, but I spend very little time in the sun. I do have a nice canoe/kayak tan this summer though. If we sit outside, we usually sit in the shade of a monster honeysuckle in the backyard.
check I wear a hat when I'm on the river.
check I read it sunscream. I use sunscream. The spray kind, but only when I'm on water.
check I wear make-up daily. One layer of it has SPF 15.

Simple I do not go out in it if I can help it. I am a creature of the night.
