More than 15 at work and at home. My work week is extremely physically active...running, lifting, on my feet....on the weekends we hike and walk alot.

More than 15 hours at a gym:

2 hours on Saturday, Sunday, and Thursdays
3.5 hours on Mondays & Wednesdays
3 hours on Fridays

Yes, I work full-time and have a family. But, I make the gym a priority.

I almost never do what you would consider exercises, but I often walk around the malls and stuff, which is great exercise.

About an hour and a half (at most), when I put time aside to actually exercise. But I also walk a lot.

I'm currently working in bridge construction, and my job usually requires me to walk from one end of bridges to another. I would consider that my exercise.

I've been trying to get in the habit of walking 3 or 4 times a week for about an hour. I was doing well for awhile, and then I got sick. Now I have an injured back, so I'm out of commission again. When I feel better I will certainly start walking again. Listening to music on my iPod makes it so enjoyable! smile

1-3 hours of actual exercise. I mean like, recognizing the fact that I am exercising. I walk a lot though, and do active things with my friends for fun sometimes.

I don't "exercise" per se. I do a fair amount of physical work around the place.

Shouldn't you use a more politically correct term? Maybe they are just mentally challenged ;).

I'm trying to get into some kind of shape (hey, round is a shape, right?). I'm trying to swim, use my rowing machine, and use my mom's nordictrack (still haven't quite got the rhythm of that yet) as time permits in the evenings and on the weekends, and walk during lunch when I can.

It varies. I should probably exercise a lot more than I do. On average, more than an hour anyway...

I try to exersize at least 2 hours a day 4 days a week. One hour running, one hour stairmaster.

Usually on weekends I run an hour, walk an hour and stairmaster an hour, making 3 hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Yeah, now that's the way to do it!!!
Do you have any help with that (caffeine, or anything else)?

I don't go to school or a gym, and I don't exercise at home, so I would have to say zero. I get my recommended amount of exercise a week though outside of my home.
