Gawwd no! I have enough of my boyfriend doing that for me. I don't know how to fix that in him - it's really freaking weird. Oh and my older sister is real good at that too, making mountains out of petty bullcrap. *sigh*

Enough drama already! Life's too short...

Aw c'mon Bill! It's not like that. I understand why you would make this comment but I consider your answers as those coming from a person who actually thinks for himself. You may have "issues" but who the hell doesn't? (Please don't say Jen!) winking raspberry

What's kind of like people with fake French accents?

I try not to do this because I notice how many people do it.

Do I have to?

No. Absolutely not. Not required at all. Even though you were asked to. But don't worry about that. It doesn't mean anything. Just click Next and continue on with your day. For Gawds sake why are you even still reading this? I told you to click Next However, if you insist on being a pain in the ass, then just click Change Vote instead. Outside of that, maybe you should just Hide this whole mess.

I manage to complicate simple things enough at work. I rarely feel inclined to do it during my leisure time.

I don't talk to my neighbors much. I have lived here for 13 years and have had mostly the same neighbors during that time. I am friendly when spoken to, but I keep to myself. I always entertained myself by making up stories about the people living around me instead of actually getting to know them. Slowly however, over the years, we crossed paths and I learned the real, true story about each of them. The true story is always less interesting.

When my ex and I first bought the house in 2001, a couple from across the street came over to introduce themselves. We never really spoke to them after that, but you see your neighbors' activity from afar. Eventually we stopped seeing the man around. His truck went up for sale in the driveway and then disappeared. Shortly thereafter, a younger man moved in with the wife. He was at least 20 years her junior, drove a sports car, and wore scrubs that were identical to her own. It was clear to me that she and her young lover from work had killed the husband and were selling his truck. Eventually, the woman disappeared as well. The only person left in the house was the young lover. It was all very Rear Window.

Later, I learned that the couple divorced and her grown son moved in with her. She later moved away and he kept living in the house.
