I could barely see them. They looked like tiny stripes.

I forgot to, but as it turned out, it was too foggy to see them, anyway.

I looked a bit but didn't see any, partly 'cause I kept nodding off and partly because the passenger side of the car window was fogged. Rjinswand saw 3 of 'em.

I planned to but it was quite foggy and I couldn't really see anything, but they showed them on the evening news the next night.

Yes. The wife and I bundled up the kids shortly before 5:00am on Sunday and headed for the hills. My five year old daughter was impressed. The baby was only concerned with her bottle.

Yes! It was an awesome display of mother nature's own fireworks! We saw dozens of shooting stars, some of them streaked across most of the sky. Some even appeared to have a red tint. It was really cool! We were amazed that they sky was clear at the right time here in the land of so much rain. We were outside watching from around 1 to 2 am, then watched more out the window from bed before falling asleep.

yes, I had a cold and was woken up at 4am by my boyfriend to go sit outside in the 20 degree cold, so I made a pot of hot chocolate for everyone and had a mug with some Bailey's in it and it was wonderful

I missed out on the pot of hot chocolate, too many people dipped into the pot before I managed to get there. However, I was *way* caffeinated at that point.
