I'm going to make you a fruit smoothie. What do you want in it?

where I come from, smoothies are generally made with yogurt, not ice cream.

Make me one with everything

Bananas, strawberries, mango, peach juice, protein powder, and a little flax seed oil, please.

Eye of newt and toe of frog...

Bananas, pineapple, coconut and ice cream.

Apples, Bananas, Blueberries, Protein Mix, and Soy milk.

I hope that it doesn't taste gross!

Yum!!!I thank you-my doctor doesn't. I'm supposed to be trying to lose weight. You know, I really did think about it the other night while I ate my banana split.

No fruit for me, I want a chocolate smoothie!

Oranges are a must (for me).

A Pina Colada flavored one. That would be pineapple and coconut.

strawberries, coconut, pineapple. and ice cream

Banana mango. There is a fruit drink I often buy that is that flavour. Anoother one would be malt/coffee in milk.

Mangos and strawberries, with strawberry yogurt and a little bit of orange juice.

Water. I love smoothies, but I've given up sugary liquids.

What's in the Protein mix?

Isn't a smoothie good for you? There isn't really a lot of sugar in it if you make it right.

I know, I mean, vitamins and stuff. But the thing is, I want every liquid I ingest to be water, plain old H20. It's just this test thing I'm doing with myself. Catch up with me next week and I'll be sipping warm coke.

Alcohol! What else?

A protein mix is just that,a mixture of a powder that has protein properties in it.They usually use it in drinks if requested to do so.

Sorry, I just don't care much for smoothies.

How was your day?

Well,now that you asked..... It was one of the best yet. I had finalized my application,with a company,that I had applied for,2 weeks ago.

They had sent me on a "working interview" on Monday.Tuesday,they called me back,to say "Go take a drug test." Did that & they called me back today,to say that I locked the position in.Yay!! I officially start work for this company,next week Monday at 6am.The pay is WAY more than I had ever expected.I am extremely happy.

I'm in the computer room & still living in California,U.S.A. But,I wish I were back home in Hawaii,I really miss my homeland.
Someday,(12-13 years)when I retire,I'm moving back home.
