They're pretty much the same thing, but since I believe being sexy also means you're smart, I'd rather be sexy.

Sexy. Sexy people seem to get paid more, and they are always excused when they demonstrate their idiocy. Smart people who are ugly are considered geeks and nerds even if they discover some fantastic new discovery that will not make them as rich as the good looking person they pay to sell it.

Smart. Not that the two are mutually exclusive, smart IS sexy to me. Odd how one can't always say the same of the reverse.

Smart. Being sexy just isn't that important to me, intelligence is far more important.

I don't care one way or the other. I am a confident person and am comfortable with myself. I would not need to be labeled either smart or sexy to feel good about myself.

Take it from a guy who has an IQ well over 150, sexy is way better. I wish I new of a way to convert intelligence to beauty. If I did, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Sexy is great until you're 55 and you start to sag and your wrinkles take over every part of your body. But at a smart 55, you're teaching college, dining with the president, writing books, making money... :)

Sexy IS a state of mind! That's why I stopped looking in the mirror. Somehow the reflection is never a true to how I feel and I still feel sexy! Even after having turned 40 less than a month ago.

Well, I'd love to be both, hehe... and sometimes I'm told I am.. ^_^ But to choose I'd want to be smart. Sexy is good and fun, but it fades, and I wouldn't want to feel that hollow. But then again, intelligence is pretty sexy. * wink * At least, I think.

It depends on what kind of "smart" you are talking about. There is natural intelligence, or book learned "smart." I think being smart is having emotional maturity. As far as, "sexy", that is in the eye of the beholder. I personally think, a "not so good looking" person can be very sexy, if they are kind. I think there is nothing more sexy to me, than a man that is a good husband, good father, good friend. I think a spiritual, happily married man is "sexy".
