How cute/not cute are the neighbors? Chances are, that the neighbors are probably exhibitionists.. or, if not technically exhibitionists, they display exhibitionist tendencies... and you ended up with the video not by accident.
In any event, if I felt that they had wanted me to end up with the video, I'd probably watch the whole thing, for... entertainment, not sexual, value. But, If I didn't think they wanted me to have it, I'd probably just watch the beginning, get a good chuckle, and then return the video with the camera and say that they left it in there and I didn't really bother to see what was on it.

If I don't watch it -- or at least a little part of it -- how do I know what's on it in the first place? And where the heck is the "give it back to them" option? I'd return it pretty much at once, rather than with the camera.

It depends on if the couple is attractive. If I think they make a good couple I would probably watch it and not tell them. If I didn't think they were a cute couple, I wouldn't watch.
It also depends on how well I know them. If I know them well enough to borrow something like a camcorder, then I wouldn't watch it. I wouldn't be able to face them again.
If they are neighbors that I simply pass every now and then, then sure, I'd watch it.

I'd watch it and then tell them all about it. Hey, it's my camera, and they were the one's who missued did, so I have every right to see it. And I would also keep it, so I shouldn't have to worry about making copies, and I wouldn't. That would be going to far. But still, they should at least have the decency to remove the tape from my camera.
