| kirst | posted 6-Aug-1998 7:49am Do you watch the Simpsons a lot??? |
| Mimi | posted 6-Aug-1998 8:23am Life is too short to include the Simpsons in it. |
| seven | posted 6-Aug-1998 8:37am Ah, so much to love! ***Jen - "Lace - the final brassiere! Beam me up, Captin Janeway!" |
| ron2112 | posted 6-Aug-1998 8:56am Y'know, I love the Simpsons but for some reason I really don't feel like dealing with this survey. I appreciate the effort that went into compiling the list, and yet somehow I'm irritated by it. Hmmm... |
| Jody | posted 6-Aug-1998 9:08am uh... that's a pretty exhaustive list. Are all of those from memory? Have you considered some sort of therapy? Not like you're obsessed, or anything.... ;) |
| lizzie | posted 6-Aug-1998 9:47am Too many choices. I choose not to answer! ron2112: ditto here! |
| milktree | posted 6-Aug-1998 10:16am Someone has toooo much time. *** Ooo! The comic book guy! yea yea! |
| Atzilut | posted 6-Aug-1998 11:23am I fear the creator of this survey. Willy: D'ye have enny grrrease lunchlady Doris? Doris: Yes. . . . Yes we do. Willy: Then grrrrrrrrrrease me up, woman! Doris: (pause) . . . Okay! |
| lisashea | posted 6-Aug-1998 12:15pm I don't watch it much - only if I'm at a friends and they're watching it - but 3 eyed fish?? How could you go wrong! |
| Mark | posted 6-Aug-1998 12:46pm Looks like somebody is showing off how many Simpson's characters they can name! |
| daver | posted 6-Aug-1998 2:45pm Wow! Well this survey certainly has a comprehensive option list...Groundskeeper Willy is my pick. **Woohoo...and the Scotsman's in the lead... |
| doom | posted 6-Aug-1998 4:12pm You have listed Troy McClure and Troy Maclure, aren't they the same just spelt differently? |
| bill | posted 6-Aug-1998 7:36pm Lisa is truly my favorite - I identify with her. - though the other crazy or stereotypical characters are great for laughs. |
| romkey | posted 6-Aug-1998 11:25pm what about George Bush?? :) I'm impressed with the breadth of the list and don't really mean to complain there... I think there's a special place in my heart for Mr. Burns. Now I'll go wallow in my own crapitude. |
| AllanKMA | posted 7-Aug-1998 3:17pm Simpsons Rule but lately they've gotten kind of lame... I'd have to say the George Bush episode was the best ever. |
| glen | posted 7-Aug-1998 5:46pm OK, I'm impressed. Did you write all those from memory? |
| RatQueen | posted 8-Aug-1998 2:09am All right. You were VERY complete...almost. There is one episode where Lisa gets a major opposition...her little clone with a higher IQ. I dontt like her, but she's there. |
| Doom03 | posted 8-Aug-1998 8:01pm I'm sorry to say that I did say Troy MaClure twice. |
| hunter | posted 9-Aug-1998 5:44am I think I've seen parts of three episodes now. Maybe four. |
| jjg | posted 9-Aug-1998 3:47pm Groundskeeper Willie!!!! |
| gilly | posted 10-Aug-1998 11:15am Smithers. |
| phi | posted 10-Aug-1998 7:53pm Wow, what a list! If we're going to include one-time characters, my fave is Fidel Castro. |
| Artemis | posted 12-Aug-1998 2:26pm Whoo! Cool I haven't even heard of a couple of these, you must be in love with the show or somethin' :) That's ok though. You forgot Martin, and chief Wiggam's kid, I forget what his name is, the one that eats crayons and glue and stuff. |
| Resy | posted 12-Aug-1998 10:07pm oh my --- LIVES??? get one! |
| reality | posted 13-Aug-1998 9:24am abe and jasper, with an equal liking of all the rest. What is the difference between Troy Maclure and Troy McClure? and why is Yokel not spelled with an e? **okay.. groundskeeper willie is tied, so I get to revote and list three since it is multiple choice. |
| elijahblue | posted 19-Aug-1998 1:45am I am not going to read through the whole list. I love Lisa, especially her jazzier sax-playing, mournful side. |
| seanhuxter | posted 1-Sep-1998 11:53am You misspelled Kang. Lately, I've been VERY into Professor Frink. His finest moment came at the end of "22 Short Stories About Springfield" when he tried to sing his song, but ended up telling about the monkeys back at the lab. All of his appearances (including his look-alike in the petri-dish world Lisa created in one of the Halloween specials) are wonderful! I have most of his best lines as .WAV files! Bul-hey! Mimi: Life is not worth LIVING if you DON'T include the Simpsons. Seriously: Who can name a show that's lasted as long, with as SOLID quality as this one? (M*A*S*H, All In The Family, Lucy... not many more!) |
| Juliet | posted 3-Sep-1998 1:27am Who's the kid that always says his cat smells like cat litter, or something to that effect? Isn't he Chief Wiggum's son? He's my absolute favorite. |
| nbarone | posted 3-Sep-1998 11:00pm hey, we're being exhaustive. neat. professor frink, professor frink |
| Jaime | posted 8-Oct-1998 6:33am A masterpiece. My fav from all the times. |
