I guess it's a thinner line between "helping" and "hurting" a survey than I realize. If I knew you wanted it as multiple, I wouldn't have changed it. I deliberately made this multiple choice, as for some (me, for example), it can vary greatly, but probably falls into a bipartite distribution with peaks (no pun intended). In my case, the peaks are around 20 minutes and 1.5 hours, I think.
