| Enheduanna | (reply to Maarten) posted 6-May-2001 2:04pm I'm not sure what it means literally. But a kaiseki meal is one with a whole bunch of small dishes, served one or sometimes two at a time. It can include all kinds of different things: vegetables, fish, meat, noodles. It's a very beautiful meal; each course is like a work of art. And it's generally really yummy! |
| Jemmy | posted 6-May-2001 2:23pm Pasta with tomato sauce, parmasen cheese and garlic bread with chocolate milk usually does it for me, but I don't really have a favourite. I like certain kinds of chicken just as much. |

| jkiehart | posted 7-May-2001 4:35pm Hmm. Well the first thing that popped into my head was sushi. I love big fat raw slabs of salmon. It's like butter, you hardly have to chew. I like the individual pieces a la carte where they just slap a thick slab on a little bed of rice. Heaven! Oh, and Eggs Florentine. That's good, too. |
