Usually I prefer my eggs over medium. If the option is available I'll get them soft-boiled. Scrambled would be my third choice with hard-boiled and poached following behind. I'll eat omelettes if I can get them with tofu cheese. I've never tried eggs baked though it sounds interesting.

If soft scrambled is what I think it is, I don't like that. Scrambled is fine though.

I think Im allergic to eggs or somethin cuz if I eat much I get a headache. * frown * I like them fried, scrambled and omelette. Sometimes hard boiled. I like syrup on eggs.

I like mine mixed with butter, brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, a little milk, a little vanilla, some baking soda, and chocolate chips, and baked at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

I don't like eggs.

Eating raw eggs can give you salmonella poisoning. (is that how you spell it?)

Any kind of fried is okay, as long as there is non-sugary toast to sop up the yolk. The one kind of eggs I hate are hard or soft boiled. They are disgusting.

Sunny side up with the yoke still runny, or in an omlette with capsicum, mushrooms, tomato, ricotta cheese, spinach and pepper.

Chocolate chip oatmeal cookie. Ask for it nicely. Say the magic word. * raspberry *

Over-hard-broken with chipotle peppers and alfredo sauce (the antithesis of my mom who always served soft-boiled). I enjoy all these variants though. I boil them in stews, devil them with chutneys and such, use them as a layer of southwestern cornbread tamale pies. It was a real struggle to learn microwaving them though.
I remember a semi-step family member complaining that we had to many words in english for these and it was pointed out by his spouse that all the variants had equivalents in his native hebrew.

Zang

Water, bacon fat, butter, cooking oil...whatever is handy. Bacon fat is particularly tasty, but oh so fattening. Basically, you just spoon some hot liquid over your sunny side eggs and then put a lid on it. I time it with the toaster. * smile *

Do you think olive oil would be good? Or would the temperature of the pan to be too high?

I baked eggs last night, but I left them in too long, and I could bounce the yolks off the plate.

Heck, I ate 'em anyway.

It is worth a try. I tried it once years ago. I didn't like it much. It may have been that particular olive oil though.
