What was your total combined SAT score?

How useful is this comparison when the norming has changed recently?

what do you mean? What is the norming now, compared to what it was then? As for usefulness, I don't know, I just want to find out how you all did on the SATs, even if it is different now. I took mine a few weeks ago, so I'm interested on what you all have to say about the test or your scores.

They don't do this in Canada.

My SAT scores were kinda mediocre. When I got to college and found out what my classmates got, I was severely outclassed. But I made it through, with decent grades, while some of them did not. Thus I don't put a lot of faith in the predictive power of SAT scores regarding college success.

I took these over 30 years ago. I could not possible remember.

We only do this in canada if applying to a us university, ortherwise we have no reason to do so.

SATs in the UK are tests you take at 6/7, 10/11 and 13/14. They check that standards of education in schools are high enough. It's strange that an acronym can mean something very similar yet very different in 2 very similar yet very different countries!

800 math, 760 verbal.

1410. I remember I really sucked at the Language portion because I was completely unable to grok analogies.

Nobody ever informed me of an opportunity to take one. I wish I had.

They recently published a bunch of celebrities SAT scores in Time magazine. Ben Stein's were almost perfect. Gore's were much higher than George W. Bush.

I saw Cheech Marin on celebrity Jeopardy. He kicked ass! Most of the contestants on that version of the show are idiots.

I don't do SAT's.

Basically, it was harder to get a high score before the recentering.

Never took the SATS, only the ACTS.

We don't do SAT tests in Canada.
