| juliw | posted 7-Apr-2001 7:03pm I have no idea, really. Probably something that has a few funny parts and a couple scenes that touch your heart. |
| KelBel | posted 7-Apr-2001 7:26pm comedy, action, drama, whatever... |
| spidertea | posted 7-Apr-2001 8:08pm I like the type of work Jennifer Jason Leigh and Juliette Lewis do. They never play an ingenue or a ditzy damsel in distress. They play complicated and strong women. |
| darkshadowsseeker | posted 7-Apr-2001 9:46pm ANYTHING with either Harrison Ford or Sean Connery in it. |
| hildegarde | posted 7-Apr-2001 10:38pm Whatever movie Hildegard wants me to! |
| mandy | posted 7-Apr-2001 11:51pm I would star in dark sexually charged movies full of suspense and shocking perversion. I would be the one fudging Johnny Depp. |
| hildagard | posted 8-Apr-2001 8:29am I wouldn't pick a movie, I want a soup opera. That's the only place where my talent would be appreciated, because I know I can act better than all of them. But something like Holywood... well they would kick my ass out. |
| Iseult | posted 8-Apr-2001 7:10pm Me? I would like to cast in the drama, full of angst and saddness. I don't think I could act anywhere else, because I'm good at faking being sad. |
| Jemmy | posted 8-Apr-2001 7:33pm I wouldn't be good at scary movies. I wouldn't do those teen fluff movies either. I'd do dramas or something. I'd love to do a movie with Julia Roberts and/or Bard Pitt. I don't know what kind of character I'd be best as. You tell me, I'll do it as best I can. |
| LindaH | posted 8-Apr-2001 11:16pm I write stories, so I'd probably want to be in a movie based on one of my stories. |
| LindaH | (reply to darkshadowsseeker) posted 8-Apr-2001 11:19pm You like Harrison Ford? Dang. If I would have known you last year, I could have got you an autograph. Dangit. |
| darkshadowsseeker | (reply to LindaH) posted 8-Apr-2001 11:27pm He's damned sexy, I like the look of rugged older men. By the way, how did you happen to meet Harrison Ford? |
| HareKrishna | posted 8-Apr-2001 11:56pm Road Movies |
| LindaH | (reply to darkshadowsseeker) posted 9-Apr-2001 12:19am I didn't meet him. I know someone who hosted him at a lodge last summer, and knew beforehand that he would be there. I'm pretty sure I could have got an autograph if I would have asked. I don't know though. I've never done the secondhand autograph thing before. |
| darkshadowsseeker | (reply to LindaH) posted 9-Apr-2001 1:35am I closest I've gotten to a celebrity was back in the late 70's when John Belushi was filming Animal House in our area. I spotted him while they were shooting on the University of Oregon campus. |
| they | posted 9-Apr-2001 1:49am Good ones. |
| micah | posted 9-Apr-2001 5:28am The crow/Edward Scissorhands/A Mid-Summer Night's dream/Legend kind of stuff. |
| jettles | posted 9-Apr-2001 9:31am a lesbian comedy/drama playing opposite michele pfeiffer or angelina jolie................lol |
| jkiehart | posted 9-Apr-2001 12:12pm "Pee, Midget, Pee" "Snow White and the 7 Whores" "Crocodile Blondee" "On Golden Blonde" "Ordinary Peepholes" "Sopornos" "Edward Penishands" "What Dreams May Cum" "Backdoor Follies 25" |
| mandy | (reply to Gamera) posted 9-Apr-2001 1:53pm *clapping* |
| Pomeranian | posted 9-Apr-2001 2:14pm I would imagine that I would get cast in Christopher Walkenish type roles. |
| romkey | posted 9-Apr-2001 3:31pm I'd play a rather rotund Frank Black in the movie musical version of Milllennium. Everybody would sing except for me. I'd be too busy working with Millennium Group agents SueBee and mandy scouting down the black squirrels of the Apocalypse in a park in Vancouver, where we were filming on site. Pomeranian would have a guest shot in the brief X-Files/Iron Chef crossover so that he could say "Poor Queequeg" when he unveiled the theme ingredient. In this movie version I would have psychic flashes of exotic desserts being prepared around the country. |
| lara | (reply to romkey) posted 9-Apr-2001 6:22pm hey! don't be making dessert out of my cat! |
| darkshadowsseeker | (reply to jkiehart) posted 10-Apr-2001 1:24am Hate to burst your bubble, but there is already Edward Penishands(1 & 2) and you ain't in them. |
| darkshadowsseeker | (reply to romkey) posted 10-Apr-2001 1:28am I would go see that as long as you promise NOT to sing. Beans are involved I hope. |
| Zang | posted 10-Apr-2001 2:04am I'd rather do the soundtrack to a B grade sci-fi movie, shot in B&W on 16mm, with a name like "Attack of the Zombie Girls" or "The Thing from Outer Space That Ate the World". Roger Corman would be the producer. |
| romkey | (reply to darkshadowsseeker) posted 10-Apr-2001 9:32am well yes. Singing and dancing serial killer beans, of course. |
| Maarten | posted 10-Apr-2001 10:02am Any movie with Chasey Lain! |
| jkiehart | (reply to darkshadowsseeker) posted 10-Apr-2001 10:59am Hate to burst your bubble, but of course there is already an Edward Penishands. I didn't make up any of those titles, they are all pornos in existance. Isn't the question asking if you were an actor, which movies would you like to be cast in? I'm sorry, perhaps I misunderstood the question. Well, those are the movies I would like to be cast in. |
| darkshadowsseeker | (reply to romkey) posted 10-Apr-2001 1:34pm YAY!! My favorite, serial killer beans! |
| darkshadowsseeker | (reply to jkiehart) posted 10-Apr-2001 1:36pm I thought the others were just titles you had invented. I should have known better, considering some of the titles I've seen at our local Adult Store. I rented one that was a porno spoof of the Matrix-horrible, but Edward Penishands was definitely worse. |
| jkiehart | (reply to darkshadowsseeker) posted 10-Apr-2001 3:51pm What was the name of the Matrix one?? It's GOTTA be super-clever! |
| mandy | (reply to romkey) posted 10-Apr-2001 10:38pm I'm all over that! I love Craft Services!!!! I like Cake! |
| Pomeranian | (reply to romkey) posted 11-Apr-2001 12:22am I was literally ROTFL over this! |
| darkshadowsseeker | (reply to jkiehart) posted 11-Apr-2001 12:27am It was called The Trixxx-it had a really bad Keanu Reeves wannabe in it. |
| jkiehart | (reply to darkshadowsseeker) posted 11-Apr-2001 12:33pm Go Porn!! |
| darkshadowsseeker | (reply to jkiehart) posted 11-Apr-2001 12:36pm |
| Enheduanna | (reply to romkey) posted 11-Apr-2001 6:49pm Can I have a cameo as Enheduanna the Black Squirrel Slayer? |
| romkey | (reply to Enheduanna) posted 12-Apr-2001 12:11am sure thing! |
| mandy | (reply to Enheduanna) posted 12-Apr-2001 12:24am but no actual squirrels will be harmed in the making of our film!!!!!! |
| Enheduanna | (reply to mandy) posted 12-Apr-2001 10:06am Of course not! It'll all be CGI squirrel-dusting! |
| romkey | (reply to Enheduanna) posted 12-Apr-2001 5:14pm Don't you miss the Mayor? "I just want to be a big squirrel!" |
| Enheduanna | (reply to romkey) posted 12-Apr-2001 5:31pm "You know, I never got the chance to tell you how happy I was that you got eaten by a big squirrel." |
| smurf | posted 23-Apr-2001 2:57am I think I'd like to be in a thriller with killer animals, such as Deep Blue Sea or Lake Placid. I'm scared to death of these type of movies, and I haven't yet had the guts to watch Lake Placid. I only watched Deep Blue Sea because my SO agreed to come and watch it with me and hold me! But I think by casting in those type of movies, I would be ok to watch them, 'cos I'd know how they were filmed. |
