I don't normally shower, I prefer to bathe. I usually take care of that before getting in.

If I havent washed from the waist down yet then sure, whats the big deal? You go, it goes down the drain and then you clean yourself. Seems fine to me. What I don't get is people who pee in the bathtub....PUKE

It conserves water. I heard on two radio stations from the AP that 86% of people do. I think they made up the story simply to publicly encourage the practice. In some cultures urine is used to disinfect wounds. It's an ingredient in shampoos (Urea (synthetic)). You'll find many leathar and fur goods smell like urine when wet because that's how they were tanned.
Sometimes at the start of a shower, yes, for environmental reasons.

My SO's old school country grandmother swears that putting your own urine in your ear clears up ear infections.

I'm not talking about standing in the water, I'm talking about standing in the tub. Some of the residue from the pee is going to be left over no matter how fast the tub drains.

The shower is a good place to pee. Beats wetting my pants.....Although wetting one's pants is an interesting experience.
