| Gamera | posted 15-Mar-2001 10:49am Well, I'm not really sure if they're sleeping, too. |
| ASexyBabe | posted 15-Mar-2001 10:52am Nope, just real ones. My kitties love to sleep with me. |
| jkiehart | posted 15-Mar-2001 11:40am ....no......... |
| Oscar | posted 15-Mar-2001 11:46am sometimes. I have a seal that used to be my nephews that I like to sleep with since he died. |
| mags | posted 15-Mar-2001 1:25pm A big polar bear named Jack, and a bear named MJ and a bunny with no name (MJ and the Bunny are having an affair)... and Puppy, who is a puppet that I've had since I was 2. |
| darkshadowsseeker | posted 15-Mar-2001 2:16pm My Cthulhu named Fred-he's my good luck charm. |
| drdt | posted 15-Mar-2001 2:50pm A stuffed grey donkey named Donkey Hote' (named after Mister Rogers' Neighborhood) that I have had since I was six. And an extremely well-loved (and therefore worn-out) bear named Jasper, a going-away present from my first girlfriend. Although I have to admit they both tend to end up behind the headboard. |
| juliw | posted 15-Mar-2001 5:40pm No, but sometimes my cat sleeps on my bed for a while. |
| lara | posted 15-Mar-2001 5:44pm at least one of my cats usually sleeps with me. they're both stuffed full of something. i think it might be beans. |
| Jemmy | posted 15-Mar-2001 7:50pm Yes, they look cute on my bed....they usually fall on the floor when I sleep though. |
| romkey | (reply to lara) posted 15-Mar-2001 7:58pm I like beans! |
| Kristal_Rose | posted 16-Mar-2001 3:20am Yes, Fergus, a siberian tiger, from my kids in Alaska. I also sleep with two real cats, Urban tiger doves. |
| Kristal_Rose | posted 16-Mar-2001 3:26am When I was a kid I had a mountain of animals on the bed. Either 'happy' (a blue & white wind-up musical pup from an easter trip to ojai, ca,us) or 'christmas dog' (50/50 Collie/Bulldog) would always get to sleep at the head of the bed, the rest were rotated nightly as the second critter at the head of the bed. |
| Wicksy | posted 16-Mar-2001 5:22am muffin and francesco |
| micah | posted 16-Mar-2001 5:35am Sometimes. Depends on if my dog eats a lot just before we go to bed. |
| Violet | posted 16-Mar-2001 8:59am My cat, who I always feed just before I go to bed so he won't wake me up in the middle of the night. |
| Violet | (reply to micah) posted 16-Mar-2001 8:59am Hehe, looks like several others had the same idea as me. |
| romkey | (reply to Violet) posted 16-Mar-2001 9:49am my cats often get pretty hyper after they eat, so I feed them in the morning |
| Violet | (reply to romkey) posted 16-Mar-2001 11:34am My cat will eat anytime, loudly complains whenever he is not being fed, and is most likely bipolar or has ADD. He goes from nuzzling affectionately to jumping up walls and crashing into doors without warning. I'm starting to think that no cat is "normal". |
| darkshadowsseeker | (reply to romkey) posted 16-Mar-2001 12:09pm beanfiend! |
| Kristal_Rose | (reply to Violet) posted 16-Mar-2001 2:59pm Sounds like you have a pretty normal cat there. I try to find as 'gonzo' cats as possible. As as far as I can tell, they're living pretty much in the moment. Wait for a better future is not there mode. They also apply themselves to laziness. I'm amazed at how cats eventually learn within 1/4 inch just how little they have to jump up on to a counter. |
| jettles | posted 16-Mar-2001 4:11pm no, not anymore but i had a well worn winnie the pooh as a child! |
| micah | (reply to Violet) posted 16-Mar-2001 5:33pm You beat me to it?!? Just because Violet is a more energetic wave than my favorite color, green. I'll just have to be ultra-violet next time. You're turning violet, Violet! |
| Enheduanna | posted 16-Mar-2001 8:24pm One of my cats almost always curls up next to my pillow as soon as I get in bed, and stays there until some time after I fall asleep. Sometimes she moves to the foot of the bed and sleeps there most of the night. The other one usually comes under the covers with me two or three times a night, and spends the rest of the time somewhere on top of the covers. She's almost always there when I wake up in the morning. |
| Kristal_Rose | (reply to micah) posted 17-Mar-2001 12:31am I'm not sure what you mean there, but I just got Violet and Turquoise hair colors today. I also got a violet eyeliner grease pen, and lo and behold, after all these years I finally found violet mascara. Ahhh, Hollywood. Violet has violet christmas lights year round. I'm almost envious. |
| Nighthawk | posted 17-Mar-2001 7:11am I'm ok... but my partner stuffs himself with food before bed time and the grunting and snoring when he is asleep lead me to believe he is an animal... does this qualify??? |
| SueBee | posted 17-Mar-2001 3:50pm Just mandy and our cat, but I don't think that's the kind of stuffed animal you had in mind. |
| Biggles | (reply to Wicksy) posted 17-Mar-2001 5:56pm What sort of stuffed animals are they? |
| bill | posted 18-Mar-2001 8:55am There should have been a "NO!" answer. |

| Biggles | (reply to ASexyBabe) posted 20-Mar-2001 1:55pm Hey, if *I* was being immature.......... |
| Biggles | (reply to Wicksy) posted 20-Mar-2001 2:01pm Your emoticons say so much about you! First there's the frown as you struggle to understand what's going on, then there's the look of shock when you realise you don't have a clue, that's followed by the nervous and spasmodic winking, then you pretend you get it and join in the laughter, next you start questioning, finally you resort to the blank stare! Me, I just started with the blank stare. I've perfected it, I do it in my chemistry lessons but my teacher seems to think that I'm looking intelligent, I can't imagine why - I'm usually completely confused! |
| melvinkropotnik | posted 26-Mar-2001 5:31pm I used to though. Until I was about 24. I had a favorite stuffed bunny. :) Kinda funny since I'm a 200 pound biker. |
| mandy | posted 26-Mar-2001 7:44pm I sleep under a hanging Lemur |
| autumnlight | posted 27-Mar-2001 6:23am Not cuddly toys but i have two cowprint cushions on my bed, I love cowprint |
| anonymous | posted 28-Mar-2001 12:06pm Well I don't sleep with any stuffed toys but my cats sleep with me at night. They basically take over our bed. I usually wake up being sore for not having enough room for myself from them. |
| they | posted 30-Mar-2001 12:35am Sometimes.. if my daughter happens to be. I slept with a bottle of cinnamon a few nights ago. |
| Kristal_Rose | (reply to Gamera) posted 30-Mar-2001 9:34pm Yeah, those ever-open eyes arouse suspicions. |
| nasale | posted 1-Apr-2001 9:44pm I collect cabbage patch dolls. So, sometimes I have a lot of stuffed dolls around. I never wanna grow up. I don't have to, if I don't want to! So there! (OOPPSS!!! It's the little brat coming out in me again!) |
| TellerChick | posted 3-Apr-2001 11:57pm Unless you consider my pet chihuahua or my boyfriend 'stuffed', then I guess not. |
| Maarten | posted 4-Apr-2001 9:44am Not since I was 5 or 6. |
| Iseult | posted 10-Apr-2001 10:29pm I sleep with my teddy bear, which I sew myself in the grade eight. |
