I could care less. The only thing I would be jealous of with you going to see U2 is that I want that t-shirt that the one guy wears with the 3 on it!!

I feel like this survey sucks almost as much as U2

good for you! I'm planning on going too * smile * I really wished I'd seen the ZooTV tour... I did get to see the Pop tour but our seats were so far back that the band was ant-sized.

I'm not indifferent because I'd like to see them but not enough to be even slightly jealous

I think I'm a little young for this survey * smile * I have very vague recollections of U2 from my extreme youth (3-5), but that's it.

Have you heard their new album? It's very good.

They have a new album? I'm *really* out of touch with music at the moment! I'm far too busy....... the only things I ever hear is the stuff on Top of the Pops that my brothers corrupt the air with!

This question has a kind of "nyah nyah" quality to it. Why do you want to rub it in the face of those who couldn't get or couldn't even AFFORD tickets? It's kinda mean.

I saw U2 on their first North American tour in 1981. They played the Commodore Ballroom, in Vancouver. Capacity 2000 (ish). At that point, they had one album out, "Boy", and the big single was "I Will Follow".

Here the 52,000 tickets (3 gigs) were sold in 20 minutes.

Hmmm. If you're one of the two people who voted "extremely jealous", then you're probably a bit young for me * smile *

Much the same happened here. The pre-sale tickets (for those who had registered at the U2 website) were due to go on sale at 10.00am, so a bunch of us at work sat at our terminals repeatedly pressing "refresh" on our browsers. It wasn't until 10.30 when the sale link actually came up, and the ticket website immediately slowed to an absolute crawl - it took me 20 minutes to get through and book tickets. 5 minutes later they had sold out.

I didn't, but what's wrong with being extremely jealous? U2's great!

I don't like U2, I didn't even read the other options, I just checked "other."

My friend is going to see them, she bought two tickets at $125 apiece. I almost smacked her. What an insane waste of money. U2. Puh-lease.

ZooTV was a great tour. I saw it and loved it, my sister saw it three times (she was overseas and saw it, then came back here and ended up working at two of the gigs they did here). Personally I thought Popmart was a major letdown. After that disappointment, and considering what I think of their latest album (it's ok, but should be a lot more than ok), I will definitely not be going if they are coming this way.

I'm not a U2 fan, so I couldn't care less. Cute survey, though! At first I thought it sounded snobbish, but I love your use of the emoticons! * smile *
