I do it all the time I have a lake in the front of the house and every summer I hardly wear my bathing suit same with the ocean, its also fun to do at night and when its raining. :)

I take baths with no clothes on, but I assume doing that in a bathtub in a locked bathroom with no one else present is not what's meant by 'bathing' in the definition. It's only skinny-dipping if it's in a hot tub with other people, or in a lake or river, or whatever.

My friends and I went skinny-dipping all the time in high school and college. Men and women, we never thought about it after the first time, but we shared some much this way. Also, I seduced my first serious boyfriend, by getting him to skinny-dip in our pool.

Well, for me it's pudgy-dipping, but none the less I love it! My favorite places were Walden Pond for what felt like mysterious spirituality and great friends who all went together; the harbor in Sevastopol, Ukraine, for it's sheer stupidity and outrageousness factors; and romkey and lion's little ponds in New Hampshire where everything seemed easy and comfortable and safe and free.
