Where's the "I haven't smoked a cigar" entry? I'd be interested to know how many non-cigarette smokers have smoked cigars.

*lizzie and lisashea: I figured either "other" or the answer before it would cover your questions. "Other" covers a wide range of opinions and sins. :) The information I was most interested in was from people who have smoked them rather than those who haven't. Why did I want to know? Well, mostly I was bored on a Friday morning, but I'm also interested in the way a tobacco related activity has become so trendy right in the midst of probably the biggest public assault ever on the stuff.

I've never smoked a whole one. I've shared several. They're ok...I can definitely tell the difference between good & bad cigars. If I'm involved in a scotch & cigars ritual with the boys, I'll do it, but it's not something I would care to initiate.

Cigar smoke reeks like a repeated survey.

cigar smoke reminds me of going to a ball game, it wasn't until later that I realized that smell came from cigars. I smoked a few in college, I probably wouldn't anymore at this point. I'd prefer not to smoke anything out of respect for my lungs and my body in general. I think there was an earlier cigar survey...

all smoke is offensive to me since acquiring adult onset asthma ... side effect, if I can't breathe, I can't smell the darn cigar!

for me, it is about like smoking anything else.. cigarettes, clove cigarettes.. whatever. if I am in the mood, fine.. otherwise.. whatever..

Smoking cigars is great. Funny thing tho, for some reason there is a small but significant amount of people that think that cigar smoking consists of not inhaling, but only allowing the smoke to roll around in your mouth. Absurd! There is a definite 'high' when sitting back for 30-45 minutes and feeling your brain positively reel from the over-abundance to tobacco. I love robusto's myself...the richer and deeper the better for me.

I would like to ban cigars from Central Park. I doubt that cigar smokers have any idea of what it feels like to inhale cigar smoke while running at a reasonable pace.

I can't actually say that I think it's wrong to smoke anything, because it's all a matter of opinion. I, however, don't think it's right to do that to your body, and despite that I refuse to give a yes/no answer to whether it's right or wrong, I will never smoke, cigars or anything else.

They're not as foul as cigarettes.

The smell of an unsmoked good cigar is really yummy, a smoking good cigar okay, and a bad cigar is, well, a bad cigar.

Cigars are disgusting. I think people who have a phallic fixation and are trying to get some attention smoke cigars.

I almost get sick to my stomach just seeing someone on TV smoking a cigar. Foul smelling things.

I've never smoked one. The ones I've smelled are pretty vile, but I'm willing to presume that good ones may exist.

I have never smoked a cigar & I find the smell of them to be awful.
