Do you have your wisdom teeth?

They didn't come in (there wasn't enough space), but I had them pulled anyway. They were giving me headaches.

Two out of four came in. I had all four pulled.

Other: I have my wisdom tooth. And I think I'm going to have to have it pulled soon.

Yes, but I had four other permanent teeth pulled several years before they came in due to overcrowding, so that probably made room for them.

Came in fine. Lucky me.

We've discussed this before around here. Only three of mine came in, and I had them pulled.

Yes, I have wisdom teeth, but they haven't came in yet, but when they do, I don't have to get them pulled, I had 4 baby teeth pulled that had no adult teeth under them...

Four impacted wisdom teeth all yanked in one brutal session last year. And I paid $1400 for the privilege. Ouch!

No insurance?

I had 3 of them cut out when I was 18 and I was told at the time I only had 3. Now I am 26 and I have another comming in.

Thats odd. We both had 3 come in and yanked. The dentist took x-rays and told me I only had 3 but he was wrong. Now I have no dental insurance

Recovered much of it after going through the bureaucracy of my insurance through work and then through school (yay! doubly insured!), but my credit card was maxed out and I had to pay massive amounts of interest while I waited.

I don't remember how old I was when I had the three pulled, but it must have been about 20 years ago and there's still no sign of a 4th one. An SC user I haven't seen around for a long time (doom) only had three, too. And another guy (drdt) had six. I don't have dental insurance either. It sucks.

Six geez that would stink!!!!!!!!!!! I have a small mouth I couldnt fit 3-4 more in my mouth no way could I fit 6.

Same thing happened to me, I am missing some adult teeth that were not there when I lost baby teeth. Funny thing is my sister had three extra adult teeth, must have gotten some of mine.

No. I had them pulled when I was, oh, 15 or 16. Loved it. It went very smoothly, everyone fussed over me, and I got the BEST drugs.

I have them, but they're not through yet. Surely almost everyone was born with wisdom teeth? Or do you mean "have your wisdom teeth come through yet?"

Most. Even have a crown on one.

I had the two on the top, but i had them pulled the day after Thanksgiving 2000.

What happened to the "some of them" option? I have 2 so far.
