| kirst | posted 27-Oct-2000 5:47am It started out beautifully--lots of sun, but now it's windy and overcast. It's still nice, though. I was able to take Claire up to the grassy area in the marina. She discovered the joys of running her hands through the grass and pulling it up. She wanted to eat it, though. |
| they | posted 27-Oct-2000 6:00am It's 6 am and it's still dark and chilly outside... It will probably be pretty later though... except for the biggest thing that sucks about NC... MOSQUITOS... |

| Zang | posted 27-Oct-2000 9:37am Well, it is 6:35 A.M. and still dark out, looks pretty overcast, the weatherman predicts a rain storm, but it hasn't started yet. So, I would say "No". |
| micah | posted 27-Oct-2000 11:11am Yes. It's raining. |
| bill | posted 27-Oct-2000 12:40pm grey and dreary - yesterday was wonderful though (and I'm still thankful for that given the time of year). |
| doom | posted 27-Oct-2000 2:35pm Except for the fact I just spent $575 to get my car fixed. Other than that it is lovely. |

| helloyellow141 | posted 29-Oct-2000 11:46am It is almost 9:00 in the morning and I went out to get the paper and the sun was shining over the wet street (it rained all yesterday) and everything was fresh and clean smelling. |
| tonycub | posted 29-Oct-2000 12:04pm Nice day to start, bright and blue, but getting a bit cloudy as the day goes on, a bit nippy, but that's nice this time of year. |

| Oscar | (reply to BlueberryMuffin) posted 6-Nov-2000 11:21am I am in North Dakota. It is wonderful!!! I left that message on Friday. We got sun all weekend, now it is snowing again (Monday). We are supposed to get 6 inches today. I'm so excited. |
| Hotbabe | (reply to msgman) posted 6-Nov-2000 4:05pm That song is exactly what inspired me to create this survey. |

| BlueberryMuffin | (reply to Oscar) posted 8-Nov-2000 4:10am ::sighs:: Well.. thanks for telling me. |
| Matt | (reply to BlueberryMuffin) posted 8-Nov-2000 8:09am If it makes you feel any better, there hasnt been any snow since the small amount that covered the ground for a few hours! Which is really strange for this time of year... the trees still have a lot of leaves even and the predictions say there will be a few more warm days this week and that there shouldnt be any snow! |
| Oscar | (reply to BlueberryMuffin) posted 8-Nov-2000 11:02am I'm sorry if you want snow. After this week, I'm almost willing to let you have it. We have about 8 inches or so on the ground and drifts up to my waist. So far I've gotten stuck in drifts 4 times (once at midnight last night with no one to help me get out) and I have sunken up to my bare knee in a drift. It is still snowing and I still have to drive in it. I'm getting fed up even though it is gorgeous, but we still have 7 months of snow left here. This is just the first few days of it. |
| BlueberryMuffin | (reply to Oscar) posted 9-Nov-2000 6:45am I love that though! I'd be happy with 20 feet of snow. I love snow! And now I'm living in a region where if you're lucky there is a light dusting of snow once every three years. I ache for some "real" weather. |
| BlueberryMuffin | (reply to Matt) posted 9-Nov-2000 6:47am It doesn't really help my yearning for snow and cold northern weather, but thank you very much anyway. |
| TellerChick | posted 9-Nov-2000 10:59am It's getting rather cold and dreary. I don't like when fall goes into winter! |
