When did you last see snow?

Television, pictures, postcards etc. don't count. Vote for when you last saw it!

I am talking about natural snow and not man-made snow!

I missed all the snow last winter because I was in Australia. It was the winter before that!

We got a little last winter some time. Not much. Vancouver is the only major city in Canada which tends to stay above freezing temperatures throughout the winter. Sometimes we go for years without snow. (We always get snow on the mountains, which we can see, but they aren't in the city.)

Last snow we had was a couple of years ago. One-fourth to one-half an inch tops. But, the Eugene-Springfield area is on the valley floor and at our non-existant elevation, snow is a rarity. We did have a freak snow storm in January, 1969 that dumper four feet on the valley floor.

The last time I saw snow was in January of 1985 when you live in South Texas snow is a rare site and it becomes a major event. I should mention that about six years ago we did have a large snow flurry but it did not stick but it was still exciting to see.
