Finally an original survey. Of course this will get a low rating, because it's not 'serious' enough, but I voted GOOOD!!!

Is this a product? I'm not familiar with it. That is a really stupid name. What is it, margarine? Wouldn't they just say "Please pass me the margarine."? BTW, I don't care what they say, as long as they don't start doing TV commercials at my dinner table.

Um ... I work in a local deli, and customers who come to me to ask for it usually ask for "that butter in the corney ad of the muscly guy acting as a statue".

My parents used to use it. When we needed it we'd ask "could you please pass the margarine?".

They probably say "please pass the margarine", or if they're of an older generation, like my grandfather, they say, "please pass the oleo", which I think is short for oleomargarine, which was margarine's original name.

In my personal experience, most just say pass the butter. Even when I'm grocery shopping, I'll hear someone say, "I need to get some butter" and then they will grab a package or tub of margarine/spread.
