| daver | posted 2-Oct-2000 10:54am Hmmm...if a very light breakfast counts, then a muffin-like thing with black currant jam and some coffee. Otherwise, it's homemade pizza with seasoned crust, corn, peppers, mushrooms, and ham, much apple juice (I needed the jug) and some very young Cabernet Sauvignon. |

| dab | posted 2-Oct-2000 2:01pm Beef stew. Since my mom, sister, brother in law, nephew, and niece didn't come and visit after all, that five pounds of stew meat has left the two of us with a lot of beef stew. |
| bill | posted 2-Oct-2000 3:24pm A organic frozen Indian meal thing - Chicken Kofta. ...not Chicken Kafka, that would be very different. |
| Jody | (reply to bill) posted 2-Oct-2000 3:31pm Q: Why did the chicken cross the road? A: (Franz Kafka) Dieter, now in the form of a chicken, was running from the government's torture machine. The machine, an instrument of death, slowly obliterated the souls of its victims. Dieter was alone. He was running for his life, his insignificant life. (answer courtesy of http://www.jamesdawe.com/chickenjoke.html) |
