Do you have any burned music CD's?

A burned CD is created using a CD-R or a CD-RW drive on your computer, to make a copy of a music CD. There are also other ways of making a burned CD.

One, a copy of an old demo tape that's no longer available, and was never available on CD.

Yeah, I have two that my friend made me, and he is making a third for me, as soon as I remember to give him the playlist.

Burned a back-up of my website last night which includes sound effects. I want to burn some irreplacable casette tapes of things like Indian Ragas, Stochausens 'metal machine music', anh the velvet underground playing on three turntables at once recorded off the college station when I was younger. Its not such a priority that I'm buying a used tape deck, plus I wish I had software to clean up the sound.

I'm opposed to the idea except for mastering your own sets. If your only motive is to save money, then you do recording artists or other music purchasers a disservice. My old cassette compilations would include the Clash, Mancini, ancient Heads, Camper Van Beethoven, X, and Nancy Sinatra on the same tape. The segways were a delightful art in themselves.

I use Nero, and have had some problems with errors. Can anyone suggest some good burning software?

I hear MusicMatch is quite good. Not onlycan you burn CD's, it's also an MP3 player and it converts wav to MP3.

I use MusicMatch, and I like it. The latest version of Windows Media Player (free download from Microsoft) will record onto CD, but I haven't tried it for that so I don't know how good it is.
