What do you plan to have done with your remains after you pass on?

Things like this just have to wait till you get older...then you can decide...I'm to young to want to think about what to do with my body after death...I'm not through living

i have an organ donor card and my family and partner know my donation wishes, after that cremation and either placement in my home garden to help the weeds grow or spread over another favorite area of my partner's choice!

I haven't decided. I guess I'd like to donate whatever organs could be used, and I'm leaning towards cremation rather than burial, although I like the idea of some sort of grave marker as well (which certainly isn't precluded by cremation).

Cremation. Burial is almost unheard of around here. I've been to more funerals than I can count, and the only time I've ever seen a coffin was in my buddy's garage. I don't remember why it was there, but of course I had to climb in and try it out. It was very comfortable. I could easily sleep in one of those puppies.

I wouldn't consider organ donation after seeing that scene in "The Meaning of Life". Put me right off!

Donate organs and the rest can go to someone's anatomy class. Despite this, I'd like to have some sort of "site" for remembrance, especially if I die before my husband, because I know that's important to him.

Far as I'm concerned, toss my dead, rotting carcass in a Hefty bag and let them haul me to the landfill. Why would I care what happens to my body, I'm dead?

It sounds like there are some pretty strict laws in this country about being buried in the ground, so I guess I'll have myself cremated and have my ashes thrown in a hole. I'm not much for fancy burials. I guess I would donate my body to science if they would take it. I will certainly give up any extra organs I have when I die.

Cremation (after my organs are donated), I don't want my body stuffed, chemically preserved, painted and then put on display like some hunter's trophy...and being buried...Jeez!
