If it rains really hard and the wind blows a certain way, we get water dripping down the inside of our sliding glass door. I think the roof may leak in a few other places, but it hasn't come through the ceiling (yet). Our landlord doesn't seem to want to do anything about it.

my office ceiling in Cambridge leaks. It's been raining a lot here lately and it's been dripping a lot.

It leaked right after I built the addition, but fixed the problem real fast.

There is water damage on the ceiling in the living room.

Our house doesn't leak when it rains. But living in the NW, it will grow moss on the roof. If we don't remove the moss, eventually it'll destroy the roof. And it will leak. It's kind of an odd experience, power washing golf-ball sized chunks of moss off a roof...

Maybe you can train the slugs to eat the moss?

It depends...our boat sometimes leaks in heavy rain, but our boat boy fixes the problem.
