Fudge yeah. Lots. Some are dead now. |

I know for sure of one close friend. He was diagnosed in 1988.
How would I know about anyone else? I suppose if they told me. No one else has told me that they are. |

Other. I used to, but I am not in contact with her anymore. She may be dead... I don't know. We worked together at my first job in a restaurant. |

No, but I know someone that I used to think looked like he was. |

My boyfriend is HIV positive due to a bad transfusion. |

I've known a number of folks who are/were HIV+... some adults, some kids.
A good friend of mine from work has an HIV+ partner who he is really devoted to. |

*Sigh* And today I found out that the good friend from work is himself HIV+.
I guess I kind of knew that he might be. But I was really hoping that he wasn't. I wish I could protect him from it. He's such a wonderful guy.

I dont really know, I never thought to ask anyone if they were. I can say for sure I dont know any stage 2/3's though, cause I think id be able to notice the symptoms. |

I had a friend of a friend who was, and I'm sure some of the people I interact with have it, but it's not something I've ever asked. |

I have both friends and relatives who are HIV +ve - some of whom I have lost contact with, so I don't know if they're still alive. There are probably others, but I don't go around checking people's HIV status when I meet them. |

If so, they haven't told me about it. |

Ever since learning about my co-worker and his hubby being HIV+, I've been having crying jags often at the thought that they won't likely be around my whole life. They are such vital men. It's hard to believe.
I went with one of them to the local Pride parade recently, and some panels of The Quilt were being shown. I felt all chokey, seeing it. I couldn't imagine what my co-worker was feeling. I do not want to be sewing a fudgein' quilt panel for them one day. |

I hope not. |
