Hmm.. I suppose the one that meant the most to me, was something that my cousin said to me once... Her exact words were something along the lines of "As would I". But given the context it meant a hell of a lot more than that.

And I guess the "best" one, was the Queen of Aragon, would say "And he is in *MY* house" Every time that I recieved an accolade.

I was once described as "The wise king Micah, patiently waiting."
Something about that struck a note and stuck with me throughout the years. Probably because that was the last compliment I've received.;)

I've had some people tell me I'm good-looking, which is a nice thing to say. Those may not have been the best compliments I've ever received but they tend to stick in my head, mostly because I don't completely agree with them.

Do you know any sql or pl/sql?

yes, Survey Central (and my other web site) use SQL to talk to the MySQL database behind it.
I think jonathan is even better with SQL than me though.
I don't know what pl/sql is.

I am now an expert (well, maybe not an expert) in SQL. I went to a 8 week course in Oracle and learnt the language.

PL/SQL is Oracle's extension to sql which combined procedual techniques such as program units, functions, triggers etc.

I couldn't say, I have gotten a lot of them. I think that the ones that really matter to me are any given by my family and friends.

probably a compliment through a second hand comment, two or three of my mother's friends talked to me at her funeral and told me how proud my mother had always been of me and sited specific things she had said to them over the years about me. it was very eye opening and made me happy to know that i made her happy. my mom and i were close but she never was very outspoken about how she felt about us, other than the "i love you's".
