I am really wary of getting meat on pizza unless I know the shop. Mostly it's too greasy and ...yuk. a good sausage pizza can be really good, though. I like garlic, that wasn't one of the options. |

ATZILUT: It's a flat stone, I think about 1-2 inches thick in which you lay the pizza on and put that in a hot oven and it cooks, hence you have a brick oven pizza :) |

We have a pizza stone and a bread machine, so we making our own dough and then our own pizza. We've brought this stuff to friends and relatives' houses and made pizza there for them - it's tons of fun. Everyone can have exactly what they want on the pizza. Everybody should have a bread machine and pizza stone :) ***Fiore: yup! And a pizza "peel" is that wood thing you get the pizza on and off the stone with. Everyone should have one of those too -it's like $5 and worth it. We use the stone for cooking naan (Indian bread) too! SO yummy ... |

Never extra cheese, never meat. Anything else is kosher. Homemade is best. |

I like all of the veggies listed, plus artichoke hearts and capers. Pineapple can be good as long as it's the only topping. I like the "hyper-intelligent housepet" option. I don't remember a previous survey about pizza toppings. |

I make my own pizza a lot, because I don't like it to be slimy and greasy, and I like a thicker, crispy crust. I use Boboli crusts, and I often make tomato and cheese pizza, or hamburger pizza. I also buy pizza, from local places and from restaurants like Bertucci's. Chicken on pizza is great - the next pizza I make will be chicken and carmelized onions with cheese and a little sauce. |

When I eat Pizza, it is usually because I feel like eating pizza. if a roommate, or whomever, is around, then they can get some too. Chicken and mushroom as an option on pizza is usually what I call a sign of a decent pizza place. however the quality usually varies. the best is from either Boomer's or Northboro house of Pizza. (way yummy). |

Pineapple is awesome. Lately I have been into a pure plain pizza with extra cheese. My favorite pizza place is Papa Gino's followed by Uno's, 2 completely different styles of pizza. |

Hey, you forgot salami. (Which reminds me, I haven't had a salami and ham pizza in ages.) The number of times per week that I have pizza ranges from one to six... average is probably about three. Pepperoni and Hawaiian are my staples, with others (like the BBQ Chicken Pizza at California Pizza Kitchen) are more dependent upon where I'm getting it from. Delivery pizza comes from New York Deli & Pizzeria in Waltham, Massachusetts. Lunch gets split three ways between Pizzeria Uno, Bertucci's, and Pizzeria Presti (a couple of towns over, in Burlington). CPK rocks. Domino's does not (but any port in a sufficiently-sized storm). Old (Worcester) haunts Primo Pizzeria and Tech Pizza (the latter one a Greek place) earn mention as well. |

For some reason I can only eat two slices of pizza - and it has nothing to do with the size of the slices. Go figure. And our local pizza parlor is great - first of all they are the only place in New Hampshire who has ever heard of white pizza and second, they have a pool table and it's usually available. Oh yeah, third - they're the only pizza place within 15 miles of us. |

My favourites are Hawaiian (boy, does that look strange!) or barbecue chicken. I can also eat pizza with shrooms. Pizza made from dough made in the bread machine is the best, but we also order out for it. *** thanks for the reminder, milktree; I also love garlic pizza, when it's made with real chunks of garlic (some shops just use garlic powder; gladly, there numbers are decreasing, it seems) |

Heehee! Mushrooms and olives for me.. also have any of you tried potato & roasted garlic? Yumyum. I go through pizza 'periods' of activity and inactivity, but probably average 1-3 times a week. Don't really do the big soulless franchises, that I notice... |

De Luca's has some great pizza. They're two blocks away from my house in San Diego. In Berkeley, it's fat slice or Blondie's, neither of which can compare. Once in a while, though, Zachary's pizza is a real treat, but that's in far North Berkeley (so you have to drive). |

I actually like Pizza Hut. I'm sorry. I also really like Bertucci's and other "good" or "gourmet" pizza. I make pizza too, tomato sauce, roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, fresh mozerella, basil, fresh tomato slices. yum :) Pineapple and ham is always a good combo, so is broccoli and garlic. I like almost everything I've tried on pizza except for anchovies and steak. I rarely eat pizza alone; if I do it's generally grabbing a couple of slices for a meal on the run. *** Eggplant: no no no no no :( pizza stone: yes yes yes yes yes... and now I really want some good pizza :) |

I like most vegetables on pizza, and of the 'standard' toppings for the US, the only meat one I can stand is ham. My favourite (right now) pizza has tomato slices, tuna, pineapple, minced onion, and corn kernels. |

I love pizza. It's one of the best foods. However, pizza in Hong Kong can be a bit frightening. Lots of seafood toppings. At Pizza Hut, you can order the "All-American" pizza. Toppings include cheese, corn, and crab stick along with other various parts of the food chain. The best pizza in Asia is at Veccia Napoli on Koh Samui, Thailand. Atillio and Francisco will hook you up with an outstanding pizza! |

I make my own pizza, but it's not really the "authentic" italian style, it's a free form pizza based on what I've in the fridge. :) The common ingredients are : natural tomato (not canned), natural peppers, onion, bacon, mushrooms (champignon) and lots of cheese (manchego). And, of course, a bit of marjoram and basil. |

I think I could eat a large pizza myself (if I was very hungry, and I ate fast), but I'd rather not. |

I fear this is a repeat, but I *really* tried to find the other pizza survey and couldn't. I used the nifty new search feature, and it returned nothing, then I showed all surveys and used browser search.
I started eating anchovies on pizza to prevent others from 'stealing a slice' and learned to like them. Frik. I forgot 'artichoke hearts' and 'eggplant' -- two things I love on pizza. Oops. I also assumed everyone loved pizza. I'm sorry guys, i'm just a bit scattered today
Damn! I forgot Pesto and garlic. Damn! I'm hungry! |

You can't live in Berkeley without eating pizza at least once a week Artichoke hearts are heavenly on pizzas. |

Peperoni with extra-cheese, is mmm mmm mmm delisicous. Also my daughter, 21 months old, runs around the house when she sees pizza being delivered saying, "pizze, pizze, pizze." The delivery folks get a kick out of it. |

Mushroom, hamburger, and broccoli. Or, if I'm making my own, chicken breast, broccoli, pesto, garlic, ricotta, romano, mozzarella. ***I also like Pizza Hut, and I'm not sorry. I like their pan pizza, which is Grease Itself. I get it with extra cheese! |

I have a great recipe for a chicago style crust, use it with just a little olive oil, some green chille, and some mushrooms.....really darned tasty. ***prefect: Hrmm...I live just up the street from tech, and a feta and mushroom with black olive sounds great....guess I know where I'm eating tonight. |

I love meat lover's pizza from Vern's Pizza by the slice, but only before it went under new management, now it sucks. Before, it had an inch and a half of toppings, all meat!!!! It was sooooo good, but now it's just like regular pizza :( |

You didn't leave a space for "the most I can eat is 5 to 10 large pizzas." I always have mine w/o cheese, not because I don't like it or can't have it, but b/c it's an easy way to hack a whole bunch of fat out of my diet. ROASTED GARLIC !!!! |

Hey, you left off stinky cheeses and garlic! My favorite pizza is the feta, black olive, spinach, and garlic thing from Primo's, in Worcester. Nice doughy crust (but not oily, like Uno's tends to be), lots of stinky toppings. Yum! |

It's always such a tough decision.....the simple but classic pepperoni pizza, or something on the bizarre end of the spectrum.......chopped garlic, green chilis and shrimp. There are soooooooo many wonderful possibilities! |

While we make pizza almost every week, it's usually using 'cheapo' ingredients (hey, we're on a budget!). I've 4 kids and a spouse - so it's a 'social' occasion. And we usually make one pepperoni and cheese which the younger kids work on while the older kids and adults work on a pizza with onions, peppers, hamburger/sausage/pepperoni/whatever else I might have... |
