Which kinds of noodle do you like?

I pretty much like all noodles. My husband don't though and it causes conflict when I want a little taste of Italian. (what helps is austin loves them and daddy won't tell us no) lol

I like pretty much all of them. My favorites are soba, somen, and fetticine.

I never met a noodle I didn't like. I only ticked off the ones that I have bought at the grocery store though.

Spaghettini -- the one halfway between Spaghetti and Angel Hair.

I can't stand Angel Hair, I rarely eat it and, when I do, it's more often in soups than pasta dishes -- I think it's too dense served as pasta.

Should also have clicked "Other" and mentioned tortellini, ravioli, rissolis, cannelloni etc, but I'm not sure they classify as "pasta" in US, giving the filling.

I also like Penne pasta, which is narrow ziti cut on the diagonal, like a quill pen tip. Oh, ang Gnocchi! Definitely Gnocchi!
