| fiore | posted 6-May-1998 8:47am I don't remember it's been a while. I almost came close in 1996 I drank half a bottle of Chivas. Whoa that was bad. No hangover, but ohhh was my stomach hurting. |
| lizzie | posted 6-May-1998 9:08am I think I was 10 or 11. It's just not something I do. Instead, I get to walk around feeling like I'm going to hurl for about 4 hours. It's lovely, really. who thinks these things up?? |
| plots | posted 6-May-1998 10:21am I am not sure to tell you the truth.... There is a hazy night with lots of crawfish and snaps and I am not sure what happened next.... That night perhaps.... Who knows? Other than that it has been a long long time... |
| lelle | posted 6-May-1998 10:22am I can't remember the last time. Several years, though. The last time I specifically remember (though there may have been times since then) I was in elementary school. I once had food poisoning and did not vomit... |
| lisashea | posted 6-May-1998 11:07am I'm rather good about "holding it back" when I feel sick, and I don't drink to excess any more |
| doom | posted 6-May-1998 11:08am But it was after surgery not drinking. |
| elijahblue | posted 6-May-1998 1:45pm Ew. Haven't for a while, and i would rather not spend the time to determine when I last did. |
| jonas | posted 6-May-1998 2:45pm I have been taking steps to greatly reduce my vomit output (ie. cut down on crayfish & aquavit). |
| hunter | posted 6-May-1998 3:01pm I vomit fairly frequently, about once a month, I'd guess. I have a very strong sense of "this is not good, let's get it out of here NOW." I rarely vomit uncontrollably, though. I do vomit due to extreme emotional stress, particularly if I were eating when the screaming started. I also get motion sick in cars sometimes if I'm not the driver, although, oddly enough, never in planes or roller coasters...I think it's a control issue. |
| fiji | posted 6-May-1998 3:23pm In France. While on the upper bunk of a bed. After eating blueberry pie. My sister was not amused. |
| steve | posted 6-May-1998 4:11pm The last time I had stomach flu. |
| nbarone | posted 6-May-1998 6:08pm i love these surveys that make you think about the good times |

| daver | posted 6-May-1998 8:06pm I don't remember when exactly... |
| Dolemite | posted 6-May-1998 10:38pm That last question, eh. I only have vomited in recent years from eating something difficult to digest and then exercising very vigorously. |
| romkey | posted 7-May-1998 10:05am last time I had food poisoning, probably two or more years ago |
| jjg | posted 7-May-1998 2:40pm Bourbon and beer do a number on the old stomach. |
| presti | posted 7-May-1998 4:38pm Sunday 5/3. I had these terrible fried clams at 8:00 at night that would not let me go sleep. Finally, after an hour of being sick to my stomach, I blew clam bellies in the toilet! I won't be eating fried food late anymore! |
| Lorax | posted 7-May-1998 10:21pm Migraines suck. |
| Jaime | posted 8-May-1998 8:56am My spree times have finished many years ago... |
| bex | posted 8-May-1998 1:33pm About once a year I manage to "eat way too much" and I get to see it again...blech. |
| reality | posted 8-May-1998 7:07pm odd question. not a subject that is usually discussed. I'll also assume that random mouthfuls of bile don't count as vomit. |
| Gamera | posted 8-May-1998 11:19pm last year- food poisoning so bad I honestly thought I might die because I could not stop heaving and shaking and contracting my whole body in a fetal position on the floor, so as to look like a 'grand mal seizure' and I could not control my diaphram enough to breath steadily. |
| jzp | posted 9-May-1998 8:34am used to be a frequent component of excessive drinking. would clear the way for more beverage, and more opportunity to raise BAC. But that was a long time ago. |
| mute | posted 10-May-1998 9:36am It's been a while, but I had the Weekend Of Food Poisoning to make up for that... (It's pretty bad when you can't keep down water.) |
| Tonya | posted 10-May-1998 8:16pm Drank too much - Boyfriend problems |
| truss | posted 13-May-1998 11:08am Not in over a decade. Hallelujah! |
| Atzilut | posted 14-May-1998 5:14pm It was pretty spectacular. I had gone to see tori amos the night before, and gone for cambodian food in Chinatown. I woke up the next day feeling kind ooky, but went to work. after 2 hours, I wasn't any better, was starting to get sweaty and shaky so I took a cab home. The cab ride was me trying to keep my guts inside, I got out at the corner of harvard and beacon, started to walk home. Outside of Sam Goody, the cambodian food decided things just weren't working out b/w us and made its escape. It is *amazing* how people's reactions towards you change when you transition from an apparently normal member of society to someone who just yakked on the sidewalk. That Sam Goody (the one in front of which I had my personal protein spill) closed the next month. Oh wait, there was a time after that. It was while chemically altered and WOW did it feel good. |
| dpolicar | posted 11-Aug-1998 5:37pm can't remember, but I'm pretty sure it was 1-3 years ago. |
| Amy412 | posted 17-Oct-1998 4:14pm When I was pregnant! |
| pandora | posted 7-Nov-1998 2:57pm It's been so long since I puked from being nauseous. But within the last six months I have, from not being able to stop coughing. |
