Avocado - I like your privacy answer. I often feel that I don't have any. Even at home I feel there are neighbors who are always around. Not that I have anything to hide. Sometimes I just feel like my every move is under a microscope and it bothers me.

The per capita increase in currency would be offset by the inevitable decrease in the currency's value resulting from an unbacked cash injection. No one would be any more wealthy; in fact it wouldn't be surprising (or unprecedented) if the currency devaluation continued well past the break-even point and people ended up poorer than before as a result.
