Yes, with both sexes. Nowadays I only bathe with my S/O.

As a kid (up to about 4, 5 years I think) with my brother in the bath.
And with girlfriends of course.

I took baths with my sister and brother when I was a kid, and of course with my SO/spouse.

In various group houses in which I lived at different times, it was normal for a housemate to come into the bathroom and ask "can I join you?" In most cases there was nothing lewd or sexual about it, it was just sharing a limited resource. Now I mostly only share showers with my SOs, but not entirely.

Vos -- I think they was confused because the survey asks only about opposite sex and you mentioned your brother.

Not as a child as I remember. Wait, when I was 11 a girlfriend and I took baths together at our sleepovers so we could share these cool colored bath foam spray thingys.

As an adult, many times with my husband, my lovers and now with my current SO.

I was bathed by my mom and a female friend of the family when I was a child (but that's "by" not "with"). Other than that, no. I'm not counting hot tubs either.
