Repetitive sounds, or ones that are loud enough to hurt.

the sound that a person's head makes when they're laying face down on the street with the curb between their teeth and you stomp really hard on the back of their head with your foot.

Feedback is horrible, and I also hate static... I can't stand to listen to a radio station unless it's tuned in very clearly.

It really bothers me to hear a voice or a musical instrument that's out of tune, too. There's a song I've been hearing on the radio lately that I hate because the guy has this weird vibrato that makes some of the notes sound sharp to me. Argh!

I have difficulty with high pitch noises that appliances, i.e. television, typewriters, refrigerators give off. I have had to return each of these appliances because of a high pitch noise. The repair man said I can hear sounds that only a small percentage of people can hear. The sound barriers on these appliances were not strong enough. I now try to ignore some of these sounds in other appliances. I have sensitive hearing which at times can be good and other times it can be aggravating.

Oh man, this is my major problem, and I dig this question. I cringe just to think of these sounds:
Bags, like potato chip bags, being crumpled, or even touched, especially when someone I don't like is doing it.
Dogs licking or sniffing, ooohhhhhhhhh YUCK!!
People smacking or chewing their food like they don't know how the heck to eat.
I think that is about it, there are probably more though. Major sore spot of mine, thats for sure.
