| RedYard | posted 25-Aug-1997 1:38pm Christmas. And skiing. And New Year's Eve, though working Jan 1st would really suck. |
| Atzilut | posted 3-Sep-1997 10:53pm the summer, man. . . it's where it's at |
| jcdino | posted 24-Sep-1997 8:24pm Definitely spring or fall... Probably May, since it's before the vacation rush. |
| trebor | posted 1-Oct-1997 6:22pm I prefer to travel off season, but I don't want to hike around in hot or cold weather. September is a good compromise. |
| fiore | posted 31-Oct-1997 4:29pm My birthday is in that month, and Italy is beautiful that time of year. |
| llyra | posted 22-Dec-1997 2:30pm My birthday's in May -- that was easy. :) |
| Jaime | posted 17-Feb-1998 6:03am He he... strange vacation schedule? I've this one! I've a legal vacation month to choose between july, august or september. I prefer september... (of course, this is Spain, and we have many other "one day" holidays :). |
| Timmi | posted 23-Feb-1998 1:15pm February may be the shortest month, but it's also the month during which I most want to be *out* of Boston |
| Ophelia | posted 23-Feb-1998 6:09pm It's like a Wednesday, half way through. |
| Dolemite | posted 2-Mar-1998 3:44pm June is some of the best weather of the year in San Diego. |
| weth | posted 10-Mar-1998 6:49pm I picked March. It's long and no holidays already, so maximum bang for the buck. A nice break from a difficult winter. I'd travel. |
| seth | posted 17-Mar-1998 9:51pm Depends where I was planning to spend it. |
| joe | posted 23-Mar-1998 12:16am june has the most daylight |
| Artemis | posted 23-Mar-1998 7:36pm Why? because there are no holidays and no people rushing to get tickets to see their families, the airlines are peaceful. |
| daver | posted 13-May-1998 3:30pm If it has to be the same month every year, then May. Otherwise I'd drift at random. |
| lelle | posted 17-May-1998 6:31pm May, June, October, or December. |
| phi | posted 30-Jun-1998 4:13pm Definitely a winter month. |
| reality | posted 3-Jul-1998 2:52pm Groundhog day my friend. |
| gilly | posted 20-Jul-1998 9:21am I suppose I'd have to pick September, to try to get the High Holidays in it, but pretty much I quit. If I didn't have to worry about the Jewish holidays I think I'd take July - summer is such a nice time to be lazy. |
| LawDog | posted 26-Jul-1998 2:25am Mardi Gras |
| eloradanan | posted 29-May-2006 3:41pm October. |
| Biggles | posted 2-Aug-2006 7:31pm I would find a job that didn't only give me a crappy 4 weeks holiday a year. I mean, seriously, 4 weeks??? I get 7 currently, and that's only because I'm fairly new.
But to answer the survey...I would go for something in spring or autumn - either march or october probably...Hmm, let's say October this year! |
