If we had to start burning books for heat, which section of the library should we start with?

I would start with the non-english books because I can't read them anyways.

Teen Fiction & Erotica.

The religion section, followed by romance.

Fiction

The section that contains the most two-by-fours.

In defense of the religion section: there is plenty of excellent material there. It's not all about why the sinners aren't going to be raptured up to heaven. There's a lot of scholarly material about all of the world's religions. There's also a lot of philosophy there.

The arts section; you always get really dense hardbacks with thick pages; they'll last the longest.

Floral design and children's nursery rhymes.

Romance novels.

You don't eat babies and you don't burn books. Period.

I don't know if it's the wine talking, but you got me giggling like an idiot. My sick mind is trying to envision a debate between people discussing which babies would be best fit for eating. Lol, if I'm disturbing you, just ignore my comment.

Politically Correct books and books by liberal/Democrat/Far Left authors. And any books on global warming.

Skip the library and head to your local lawyers or court and start in on the hundreds of volumes they have on civil/criminal code. (Boring reading anyways). I worked in a law office (it was just a small time civil firm) for a while and it just amazed me the amount of books they keep on hand, one whole room was just shelf upon shelf full of these books. Every couple of months they would get 30 or so more to add, most never get used.

The most boring part...probably the romance novels.

Biographies of Americans with no real claim to fame.
