collect unemployment, but I am very good with doing most anything on a computer and enjoy building reports (analysis). I worked 18 years for large clothing manufacturer doing garment sourcing until last year.

Inbound Customer Service.

I provide some technical support and report problems with several of the company's websites, provide website navigation instructions to our clients, process bookkeeping adjustments, and explain policies and answer general questions pertaining to the online side of the business.

I work for Legal Services company. I was originally employed last year to do admin (or what they're now calling 'business support' but I was moved to IT about 6 months ago, which is cool. I primarily deal with our content management software - Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I still give admin a hand when they get snowed under though, I know how busy they get so hate to see them struggling.
