I don't think so... but, on very rare occassions I like someone tremendously the first time I meet them.

No. Sometimes when I meet a person I can read them immidiately. At other times I've been told so much about someone that I feel like I know them but later discover I was wrong in my presumptions. And every now and then, I meet someone's relation and they'll be very similar to the person I know already in temper and mannerisms.

In cases such as these, I come to find out that I HAVE met them before and (both of us) had just forgotten...usually briefly at a party or social event. We usually say, "I know that I know you from somewhere!" I do not think that I have experienced meeting someone actually for the first time feeling as though I have met them before.
