| Biggles | posted 12-Sep-2009 7:36pm No. If I've paid for it, I'm getting the full experience. That would be like leaving food uneaten at a restaurant, or not using the last bit of toothpaste. I'm a Yorkshire-woman. Even bad films usually have a certain charm and I'm usually there with friends/family anyway, so I could hardly walk out and leave them there. |

| LindaH | posted 12-Sep-2009 8:12pm I walked out of the cinema because the movie was over. |
| Kristal_Rose | posted 12-Sep-2009 9:58pm Wow, that would have to bea really bad. I rarely even turn off videos I start.
Once though, about 11 years old, I wasn't ready for Cabaret. |

| Frostbrand | posted 13-Sep-2009 12:37am No. Generally when it happens I stay to punish myself for being so stupid to fall for a flashy advertising campaign. |
| cerealkiller | posted 13-Sep-2009 1:55am No. When I saw the original Texas Chain Saw Massacre when it came out people were walking out of the theater because they were grossed out. |
| Enheduanna | posted 13-Sep-2009 11:55am Only once that I can recall. |
| TeddyMiller | posted 14-Sep-2009 9:34am The only time I walked out of a cinema was when my younger sister wanted to see an R-rated movie, and I had to go with her to buy the ticket. They wouldn't let me just buy hers; I had to buy another ticket for me, go in with her, and then leave. I could have stayed, but I hadn't wanted to see the movie, and there was a TV show coming on soon that I did want to see. |
| Jody | posted 14-Sep-2009 11:43am Once, but I was seeing the movie for free. It was "the best little whorehouse in texas". |
| 5r09 | posted 14-Sep-2009 1:45pm because of the date I was with, we left the wrestler. too violent 4 her. |
| meowry | posted 15-Sep-2009 10:44pm I did once. But it wasn't only because I hated the movie. There were also noisy people. And the cinema smelled of stale water. |
| LindaH | posted 16-Sep-2009 5:05pm I was reading this in the survey list and accidentally scrolled and this other one landed where my eyes were:
Are any of the current users of Survey Central members of your family? So I read it... Have you ever walked out of the cinema because you didn't like your family? |

| autumnlight | posted 19-Sep-2009 8:23pm The Hills Have Eyes. Too much for me, I'm afraid. Went out for the horrible bit, then came back in. |
| Kristal_Rose | (reply to autumnlight) posted 23-Sep-2009 9:11am If you were out, how can you be sure? Perhaps you stepped out during the brief interlude containing pink unicorns. |
| autumnlight | (reply to Kristal_Rose) posted 26-Sep-2009 8:04am Ha! The screaming I could hear from outside didn't sound like a unicorn to me! |
| Kristal_Rose | (reply to autumnlight) posted 26-Sep-2009 9:47pm Yeah well, Kralzor, demonic unicorn from another galaxy, I guess. |
| Zang | posted 28-Sep-2009 6:07pm Luna, Back to the Beach and Pulp Fiction. I eventually managed to sit through all of Pulp Fiction on my third attempt. |
| cprasky | posted 1-Oct-2009 12:37pm Yes, back in the early Seventies when The Last House On the Left was playing as a double feature with Mark of the Devil. Sat about halfway through Last House, hung out in the lobby until it was over, then went back in for Mark of the Devil. Walked out of the theatre entirely about twenty minutes into that. |
