If by steam room you mean sauna, then yes. I disliked it very much.

When I was a teenager in the early 80s, I joined a racketball club that had one. I've had more experiences with saunas. I'm not really into either.

Yes, a lot when I was younger. Now I miss it.

Yes, and I loved it. I want a steam room in my dream-house now, but my SO insists that I wouldn't really use it. I was in a steam room that was just too hot once, too, though. The little jets of steam burned my skin, and I couldn't move anywhere that it wasn't a problem. But if it's just the right temperature, like the other one was, I could stay in there for hours.

On the other hand, I hate saunas. Too dry--hurts to breathe.

Yes, and it was incredible. I'm a big fan of saunas, too.

I can't believe all of you sauna dislikers. You must have been sauna-ing incorrectly. Since the U.P. has such a large Finnish infuence, there are more people with saunas than without them. It's an amazing experience and something I partake in on a very regular basis, including jumping through a hole in the ice, naked, after reaching "switching temperature". It's something that really has to be experienced to appreciate.

No, and I have no plans to. Just being in a shower for a few minutes makes me feel quite faint (hence why I usually opt for baths, but that's another survey.) I can't handle small, warm areas.

I've been in steamy rooms, but not steam rooms. It's not something that I would seek out.

Jets of hot steam burning my sensitive skin? No thank you!

I like sweating.
There is something purging and cathartic about it.
