Sliced potatoes, sliced onions, salt and pepper, flour, butter and milk. Layer in a cassarole dish and bake. Some people add some kind of meat, ham, sausages, hot dogs ect. |

It's actually one of the dishes I can make very well, I just don't do it often because I have a hard time peeling potato.
