Do your dreams seem to have storylines?

When I talk about my dreams, sometimes people say that mine are unusual because they make sense, at least for a dream.

For example, in my last dream, I was at a restaurant with my friend.

At the table behind me, the people had ordered drinks but they never arrived. I planned to get a drink at the store across the street, but I was very thirsty. My meal also did not fill me up, so I ate some chicken nuggets that people at a table near me had left behind. I remember wondering if the people who had never got their drinks would complain about the bad service. Then we played a game similar to Operation, only you shaved the toy's hair and pubic hair. Then we kind of left.

Later, I was home, and it was dark and raining. I heard a commotion outside, and I looked out the blinds in the bay window to see a guy stabbing someone repeatedly while screaming something about drinks and a receipt. It was the waiter from the restaurant, and he was stabbing the guy who complained about not getting a drink. I was afraid that he would come in the house and get me next because of the chicken nuggets.-

See, my dream had recurring characters and a sort of plot that unraveled.

Sure, all the time. From what I remember they mostly involve work or travelling somewhere. Sometimes to the point of astral projection too.

The good ones have storylines and a plot... the best are grand adventures.

The best dreams have storylines.
Like films.

Also, they should make that game where you shave stuff.

Ok so I told David about my dream.
Me him and Amy went to be in the audience of some new TV show. I got picked to go and do some task. Sing The Man With The Child In His Eyes onstage with Kate Bush. So I did it. She was proper old looking.

[As an aside, Jeremy Kyle is mint today]

So when we came out of the studio David wasn't talking to me because he was jealous.

And I told him my dream, and he was jealous.
