Do you like to go to festivals?

Some, especially street fairs if they are free and no one bugs me to donate something (as I'm usually broke). Free concerts sometimes.

We have things nearby that the church does, and it's kind of dumb, with a lot of crappy things, greasy food, spray paint, etc. Fun for the kids, but that's about it. I also find it annoying to see kids from school there. I also hate seeing kids from school.. at school.

I've never been to a festival - although my old village's gala sounds somewhat similar to what you describe.

I don't go to festivals. It's not that I don't like them. It's just that, this area never has them.

I don't care so much about the festival itself, but I love to eat the crappy food. Elephant ears. Corn dogs. Greasy fries. The good crappy stuff.

Yes I do! I think they are a blast.
At least as long it's more than a bunch of carnies, their loud crap music as they run those giant rusty monsters, and the rip-off games in the traveling booths. I mean, they will be there of course with their Elephant ears, Lemonade squeezes, but the rest of it with local fun stuff rocks.

Not anymore. That was in a past life about 20 years ago. Too many people, usually too hot, boring crap sold by vendors and no money to do anything.
