How often do you buy stuff off of eBay?

Very rarely.

I bought something once, a centrifuge.

Very often. I've had my account for hmm.. I don't know how long now. Almost a year. And I have made over 50 purchases there.

Don't do this.

"Other" - it varies depending upon the time of year (i.e., Christmas), when I need something specific, etc. I generally always look on eBay first when buying something online. Probably buy 3-4 dozen things a year. wouldn't buy a tv on eBay though. No way to know the condition, etc. I did however get a $1500 dishwasher for $900 a few years back on eBay.

Usually the answer is very rarely, only a handful of times ever. However, recently, the last couple weeks, I've started bidding on slide rules. Occasionally I win the auction.

Less than once a month. Maybe once every four or something.

And you didn't need to use a sterile machine for that, or were you able to fully sterilise it after you got it? My dad works in blood and I bet he wishes the National Health Service could get cheap centrifuges from Ebay!

I cleaned it good when I got it but it does not have to be sterile, the tubes are not opened until after they are spun then I pour the serum into another tube. we dont do any kind of cultures on the blood, just a chemical workup and a CBC (which does not get spun.) My centrifuge is small, six spots. I paid $120.00 for it.

I have bought one or two things on eBay ever.

I don't buy from eBay. I do my Internet shopping at Amazon.com.

Never, I use Amazon "used" shopping.

Once every two or three years. And I never bought anything for myself yet on eBay.

Not so much now, but I used to at least once per month. I sell more often than I buy now.
