I was just wondering if anyone would admit it.

Absolutely not................ I have known a couple people like this, they were petty thieves who may have gone onto something worse...scary people, not because I was physically scared of them, but the total lack of emotion or empathy etc when doing something really Vile

I was told once by a therapist (for post trauma) , I have a strong capability for empathy. I said, don't all people? She said no.

Conscience; and feeling shame, guilt, or remorse are two different things.

There is no point in feeling any of those if it's something you have learned from and will never do again. It's called self-forgiveness.

The only reason to feel one of those if you would in fact do it again, in which case you are guilty about who you are, not who you were.

I have felt guilt before, but very seldom. I don't like it.

Definitely. I might add, do not feel emotions either... I am a functioning Sociopath though.

I'm like most people. Feelings of guilt and shame once in a while. And, my sister's an empath. Isn't that the opposite of sociopath?

If I never feel guilt, shame or remorse because I never do anything wrong, then I'm not a sociopath.
