| bill | posted 13-Jul-2009 4:11am I'm not so good about applying it even once. |
| meowry | posted 13-Jul-2009 5:32am I reapply if I swim, and if I sweat too much. But, I rarely ever do more than once. I'm never outside for very long a time. |
| jettles | posted 13-Jul-2009 9:07am yes, after all of the above |
| labjog | posted 13-Jul-2009 10:23am Yes, if I feel I need to. |
| Galomorro | posted 13-Jul-2009 10:39am Usually apply once. Don't use on my forehead because I sweat too much and it tends to run into my eyes. |

| Enheduanna | posted 13-Jul-2009 12:05pm Sometimes I remember to. I don't go out wearing/needing sunblock very often, though. |
| llamamama | posted 13-Jul-2009 3:03pm Well, on June 19 (a Friday) I went to the beach with youth group and, did not put any sunscreen on..As a result, both legs above the knee, my left hand, both feet, my face, the bottom of my neck, and the tops of both arms (shoulders) were burned. So the next time we went July 3, I decided I would put sunscreen on...and I did. Twice in fact. I covered my legs and face, and back. I guess I didn't do a good job because I had a horrible burn on the top half of my back and the front of my shoulders..making it impossible to sleep in anyway...my face and scalp were also burned. So, I fail.
We're going on a Lake retreat from Friday-Saturday this week..hopefully I'll come back without burning. |
| cerealkiller | posted 13-Jul-2009 3:04pm Never use the stuff. |
| autumnlight | posted 13-Jul-2009 3:44pm This is quite bad, but I usuallly don't use any. I live in Manchester, England so in all fairness to me I don't often need to, but even when I go on holiday I only wear it if I go to the beach and lie directly in the sunlight, which isn't often. I usually stick to shade anyway. I'm one of those english people that complains about the rain, and then complains that it's too hot when the sun comes out :) |
| Galomorro | (reply to labjog) posted 13-Jul-2009 6:27pm I have hyperhidrosis (sp?) - meaning I sweat more than others do with the same exertion... It's very embarrassing. |
| LindaH | posted 13-Jul-2009 11:15pm I don't usually use it. When I do, I don't generally reapply it. |
| Iseult | posted 14-Jul-2009 7:12am Never. I rarely use sunblock.
I am very pale, but I tan quite nicely and I don't burn easily. |
| cloudhugger | posted 14-Jul-2009 10:36am I haven't any sunblock. I don't think I've ever used it. I don't swim that much, and if I feel like I'm getting too much sun, I hope to notice and put on long sleeves and a hat. |
| JessicaWoman99 | posted 15-Jul-2009 1:32pm Only one time |
| Crayons | posted 15-Jul-2009 7:11pm I never reapply. I went to the beach today, and now when I wrinkle my nose it hurts, and I think my arms are burned too. I only went in the water up to my knee, though, and my legs NEVER burn. |
| Biggles | posted 22-Jul-2009 6:59pm Oh yes. I'm very careful about using suncream. In fact, when I spent a fortnight in India, I think I came back whiter than when I left because I was reapplying loads of Factor 50 suncream every two hours or so. |
| Wicksy | posted 6-Aug-2009 6:20am People say that I am way too cautious with my sun lotion application. However, the sun is a killer and you can never be too careful.

I can burn, but avoid getting burned. I have tanned in the past.
