I find previews on DVDs annoying while previews at the theater are fine.

I like previews! Hate when I miss them by arriving to the cinema late...

At the cinema, I like the previews (although some that they show here before children's films are questionable). I never watch trailers on a DVD---I always go to the main menu to avoid them.

I usually don't like them. I figure I can look for interesting films to order on Netflix. I want to watch the main film right away as that's what I ordered and often I get impatient. Once in a while I might see something I think I'd like to watch. The older films, like one I watched yesterday, "Bullitt," was from 1968 and the main film started right away. I don't like 'em at theaters either, but I hardly ever go to theaters.

When I actually go to the movies, which is rare, I don't mind sitting through them. When we rent, we tend to forward through them. The kids love to sit and watch them on the kid movies, so we let them play through as we make popcorn or whatever.

I usually like them, although more so in the theater than at home.

o I don't watch films in a theater.
o I don't rent movies.

Pay-per-view movies don't have previews and if they do I can skip over them with the DVR.

Love them. At the theator I am not impatient for the film to start, I consider it part of the movie going experience.
Rentals? meh, I'm a bit impatient, sometimes.

I enjoy watching them in the theater, but I appreciate being able to skip them on DVDs.

I watch the previews but really could care less about them... Now and then you see a movie that might be ok.. I prefer watching movies at home..less crowded and cheaper.

I usually like watching them. It gives me an idea what other movies I want to see later.

Once in a while I find them kinda misleading. I thought Vertical Limit was going to be a great movie from the previews. Turns out, that everything interesting about the movie was in the previews. Nothing else there... * wry smile *

I like the previews. I detest the anti-piracy ads they put on DVDs that you can't skip past.

Previews helps me decide whether a film is something worth paying to see.

You can either enjoy them or laugh at them, so either way they're a kick. Plus, if you're a little late, then it's ok, because the trailers will be on anyway.

You can usually fast forward them, though, which always gives me a slight, petulant feeling of beating the system...
