Buy a viola and be invited to play with the local symphony again. That's it. One thing.

Sorry, I'm just not very goal-oriented. I like living and I'm generally content with life. I've accomplished some stuff and maybe it's enough. Maybe there's a part of me that recognizes that this sort of thing is a bit absurd when it comes down to it and none of it matters that much. Or, it all matters, even the very minor things. In a few minutes, I will accomplish making breakfast for myself and I will try to appreciate it for what it is, something truly amazing in many ways. Just being alive rocks my world when I'm in my best state of mind.

I want my SCA3 to be cured. But, that would take a miracle. To live without degenerating motor skills would be a dream come true! But I guess I should be realistic. Yes. Find something I'm better at than most people. To make it in this world, you have to be exceptionally good at something. Average is not good enough.

Have children. I think failing to have (by whatever means, including adoption) children would be the one thing that would make me feel that my life really hadn't been what I had wanted it to be.

What would you do with $20 million then?

$20 million isn't enough. I'm holding out until it is at least $85 million. Then I'd retire, buy a huge house in The Woodlands, Texas, a Bentley and spend life relaxing and taking care of the kitties.

Well frak me, I got an e-mail letting me know I was nominated! In the category for Best Infotainment Podcast. This means I'll probably be up against some of my friends.

Several things, 100's of things really, some of them more than Bill gates in proportion. I expect the list will increase over the years too.

Mostly it's completing inventions and artistic activities, but things like travel and community architecture experiments as well.

'Domesday'? Is that the day all the national parks and world heritage sites are covered in giant ecosphere domes?
